Scott is a solution driven broker… and that’s hard to find. I was told straight out by another “experienced” broker that there’s no way I could get finance for my investment property. When I met with Scott, he mapped out a plan for my situation and within a few months finance was all done. He met with me multiple times over that period to make sure all was on track and all paperwork was prepared by him which made it super easy for me. Honestly, his approach to customer service is a breathe of fresh air and as a result he leaves the old school brokers and the way they do things in the past.
