Disappointing
The initial erecting of the garage went well however when water started pouring in they didn't want to know. They blamed our base which they said was perfectly adequate before they took my money. Now the pedestrian door is sticking and is difficult to close. I would not recommend this company.

Before the installation, we provided a Customer Information Pack detailing the requirements for a proper foundation. This pack includes comprehensive guidelines on preparing the concrete base and information on how to prevent water-related issues. We also include forms that customers sign and return to confirm their understanding of these requirements, which were completed in your case.
We understand that water retention outside the base is causing problems, we have repeatedly offered advice on how to address this issue and have visited the property to see the problem first hand. Ensuring a proper base is crucial for the long-term performance of the garage, and we are here to assist you in finding a suitable solution.
Regarding the pedestrian door, we were unaware of the sticking issue until now. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. Please contact our customer service team at your earliest convenience so we can arrange a visit to inspect and rectify this problem promptly.
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to resolving any outstanding issues to the best of our ability. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention.

Father and son team of Tony and Kai…
Father and son team of Tony and Kai arrived on time which was great seeing they came from Yorkshire to Somerset. Very friendly and efficient team could not wish for better. First class service from a first class team would recommend them 100%. Poor communications from Lidget Compton regarding roller door should of got in touch to say door not arrived only takes a phone call.

Our new sectional garage was delivered…
Our new sectional garage was delivered and installed last Thursday, to say I was delighted with it would be an understatement! The whole experience was 100% first class from ordering to seeing it built, the installation guys were amazing, arriving at 8am sharp and were finished by midday! They swept up and removed all rubbish, and were a pleasure to have on site.many thanks to Tony and kai for all your efforts. I would not hesitate to fully recommend Lidget Compton. Great service from Kevin your agent at Stockton concrete garages very professional from the minute I contacted him. Tony and Kia turned up as expected at 7.30am on 12/3/24 and just cracked on with my 18'3×18'6 double garage and did a fantastic job in 4 hours! Really good hard working lads I'm over the moon with whole experience and got my dream garage 😀

True quality service delivery in action
Lidget Compton just finished off my new pent garage today and I'm very happy. Many thanks to Mike and Paul for their professionalism which was much appreciated. Also, Mike arranged for a trusted contractor , Neil, to lay the base who did an excellent job. All-in-all a stress free experience which resulted in me having a new garage.

Oh wow!!!! I can’t tell you how pleased I am with my new garage. Tony & Kai arrived this morning at 6.45am! Started immediately and finished in amazingly quick time. Asked me where I wanted the rear door, making sure I was happy. They did a perfect job. Thank you so much. I would also like to say thanks to James who dealt with my order from the off. He always answered my questions, and replied to my emails so promptly. Extremely polite. First class service all round. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Five stars!!!
