Disappointing experience
The selection of hats on lids.com is unbeatable. I placed a few orders on lids because they were having outstanding clearance deals. However, a lot of my items were cancelled. Then I saw them a few hours later for $5 more, exact same size and style. Also, one of my orders was reviewed for fraud. Which is all and good, except that my order has been in the review department for days now, and there is no way to contact them through customer service.
