I have really had such great experiences with Life Interiors. So far I’ve bought 2 queen beds, 2 rugs, 4 bar stools and waiting on Koppar bedside tables for which, I’ve received regular progress updates on. All of the items bought have been good quality and I’ve never had any issues with deliveries but today’s service blew me away. I had two gentlemen deliver the second bed I had bought. It had to be assembled and I had a tempur base and mattress that had to be placed into the new bed frame. These guys were so professional - did an amazing job and went out of their way to ensure it was done perfectly. They even helped to place the new rug under the bed so that it was just right. AND they were the nicest, most polite gentlemen. They left the room absolutely spic and span, removed every scrap of packaging and took pride in their delivery and workmanship. I so wish I had taken their names to give a personal shout out to them. They get my vote for the best delivery service in Australia - 5 stars to them. Because of this great service I will remain a loyal Life Interiors customer.

incapables de livrer et reportent la faute sur le transporteur (qui n'est autre que le nul de GLS). Ne font rien pour résoudre le problème en vous disant d'appeler le transporteur sans communiquer le numéro. C'est donc au client de résoudre le problème. Life interiors plus jamais. De très grands amateurs

Please do not shop here! They are dodgy as all hell. Sure, some people actually get their goods, (and another fraction of those might be undamaged), but I now understand why this company has a 2 star rating.
They took 100% deposit and held onto my money for over 120 days before admitting they didn’t even have the furniture. They will use delay tactics to make you think your goods are coming. I finally cancelled and am now fighting to get my money back 6 months after they took thousands of dollars!!
