I had never ordered anything online before from Life Pharmacy. I did not have a passeord for the Living Rewards card. I requested on the online form o n the 6th AUgust for assistance. There was no response until the 11th until Ashley forwarded a request to IT. During the wait the product I had in my cart became unavailable. Ashjley said the request did not come through until the 11th. I informed her it was in my sent items on the 6th. Ashley never came back to me. We are now at 27 August. Extremely poor. They are not interested in customer service.

I went to Life Pharmacy in Orewa with a prescription. I was told one product was fully funded and one was $20 and this was after a massive wait and back and forth to get the price. Then I waited for the prescription and it came out without apology it came to $37.00. The pharmacist hadn't noticed it was an optometrist prescription rather than a doctors one, but refused to honour the price he had quoted. I will never ever go back there.

Very poor service....I made my online order on Saturday the 16th and as yet, being Friday the 22nd, I am yet to have a shipping notification.
I emailed 2 days ago requesting a refund for my order if they weren't going to ship it that day....and got completely ignored.
This is appalling service for an essential item.

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience ordering online from Life Pharmacy. I placed my order on Monday morning, 11/02, thinking it would be faster and more convenient than shopping in store. It’s now been a full week, and I still haven’t received any tracking details, updates, or communication about my order.
For a local delivery that should take 3–5 days, this delay is really frustrating. My order status is still sitting at the “payment received/initial stage,” with no progress or information from the team.
I expected much better service, especially from a large pharmacy chain. At the moment, I honestly feel annoyed and let down by how slow and unclear the process has been.
I hope Life Pharmacy can improve its communication and dispatch times for online customers.

I placed an order with Life Meds pharmacy and paid for next day delivery.
It's been 3 days now no response.
I will not stop the reviews until I receive my product.

Life Pharmacy Takapuna Branch

This is the worse pharmacy I have ever been no response to all the emails I sent and they’re ignoring my calls.
I ordered online for my perfume Dated 13/06/25 and until now I have not received any update from them.
I ordered the same thing at Chemist Warehouse Browns bay same date same time and I got it in just 3hours after placing my order.
While Life Pharmacy Takapuna is busy with their own agenda,they can’t even update their customer.like what’s going on.?
I will never purchase anything from them again and I will share my experience to my friends and relatives for this experience.

Life Pharmacy Merivale Christchurch is terrible. Staff unhelpful, gave me a cold shoulder. 3 times I asked to purchase different items, they always said OUT OF STOCK OR DONT HAVE IT. Yesterday I asked an Asian girl at the counter for trigger finger splint. She never bothered to find if they have stock or not. She said they dont stock such items. When I went to Life Pharmacy Riccarton Mall the girl at the counter was helpful and she found it for me. The difference between the 2 pharmacies are like hell (Merivale Life Pharmacy) and heaven (Riccarton Mall Life Pharmacy). I am psst with Merivale Life Pharmacy. One thing as simple as wanting to buy panadol they will say they dont have it.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. It was always a harrowing experience trying to get my medication as prescribed by my doctor. In the end my doctor advised me to change pharmacies. I am so pleased I no longer have to deal with this pharmacy!

The Life Pharmacy team at Eastridge are always lovely and really helpful.

Fiona on the Revlon counter is always friendly and professional.
She helped me with my recent foundation purchase, matching colours and even gave me a small sample to try at home.
Fiona then informed me of the change in the life rewards time limit.

Great customer service returned an item I ordered wrong (my mistake) and they happily and very efficiently replaced it for the one I was suppose to order communication is top notch arrived quickly probably the best customer service I've had in a long time.

Absolutely shocked today to find vibrators on display in the store and at child’s eye level. Imagine having your young daughter asking what this is..yes you can make something up but when the descriptions are also displayed next to all the delightful colours and names like ‘smile makers - the French lover tounge vibrator’ I mean I have no words!
This is not appropriate at all.

Bought Versa 4 smart watch, cheapest compared to all other sites.
Arrived in a couple of days.
Overall very very happy with the product and service.

I went to Life Pharmacy in Coastlands Mall, Paraparaumu, for
Micreme H. This has to be sold by a pharmacist as it contains cortisone. I have bought it previously at this pharmacy and it was recommended by my GP. On this occasion, I answered all the pharmacist's questions but she refused to sell me the cream for just one reason - because I would not show her the rash. I explained the rash was in a private area of the body and she said we could use a back room. I didn't want to expose myself to a stranger. I sent two emails of complaint to the Coastlands pharmacy but received no response. I bought the cream elsewhere with no unreasonable demand to strip.

Bought an item online took almost two months to arrive and when I received it, it was the wrong item. Made a call to customer service and the online manager authorized for me to return it, when I returned the item the customer service was very argumentative and combative claiming it was the right product wasting a whole 20mins trying to justify her argument. After checking her system she decided to take the item back after telling her that the manager had authorized for me to return the item and it was the wrong item. Its questionable whether some of the items online are available. Avoid!

Delivery was meant to be max 10 working days. After Many more I contacted them, got a note after to say dispatched. Paid for 3 items and received 2. Really a waste of time and wouldn't bother again
