It was easy to find the product I needed. However it was not clear to me that it was on back order until after I placed the order. Fortunately it arrived sooner than initially estimated.

Product had a fair price, shipped with no delay, and arrived undamaged. Lamps reduce electric use and last 10 times longer then the 300 watt halogen lamps they replace.

It was easy to find the product I needed. However it was not clear to me that it was on back order until after I placed the order. Fortunately it arrived sooner than initially estimated.

Deflective Bulbs Issue
I ordered 5 Bulbs and 4 were defective. I reached out to Customer Service and they not only replaced the 4 defective Bulbs but gave me 5 replacement Bulbs at no charge and free freight for my trouble. That is how Nordstrom's became so strong in the retail space; by making the customer feel satisfied no matter what the issue was. Customers will always remember how you make them feel!

Large supply. The item I received was ordered from an old box I had from previous light bulbs. I have Edison bulb, clear glass, white light. The bulbs that arrived were Edison, clear glass amber light. I used the same #'s off the old box. I had to return them. That process was smooth. Great customer service.

I have been purchasing lighting products from Lighting Supply for the site I manage nearly 9 years. Their pricing is always competitive, their website shows inventory on hand and detailed product information, and they consistently ship quickly. What more can a Facilities Manager ask for?
Falsely claim item as are in stock
Ordered 2 fans for $1000 because their site shows them in stock. A couple days later I received an email that they are not actually in stock and they will order them from the manufacturer. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card
Took a month to get my product
Updating my review. Purchased a product from the site, assumed it was in stock (otherwise why sell it on the website?). Come to find out that it was NOT in stock, they have to get it from the manufacturer. At first, Lighting Supply customer service was simply a bot sending back form emails. Then I was able to contact someone through I think the Shop app functionality and they kept me updated. Took a full month to get the product after I placed the order, but it was the correct product and box/product was in great condition (brand new). Just very surprised by the delay. I would consider purchasing again if I wasn't able to find the product elsewhere, just be careful as you might have to wait a long time.
