Do not buy!! Warning! Product is not as advertised. Don't be fooled by the advertisement. I tried to return and they wanted them unopened and for me to pay for postage. Absolute scam. Nothing like an aircon. Does not make a difference to room temp as advertised.

We ordered three of these, thinking they were going to be great. They did not say that the payment was in US$, we thought it was Australian$, so when the payment came through we got a rude shock. They do not provide any cooling whatsoever and one of them leaked. This has to be the biggest rip off ever!

This is a scam. Do not buy this product. If it turns up dont even bother opening, throw it straight in the trash.

I placed an order with this company and immediately noticed unauthorised additions (extra units and a warranty I never selected), and the total was charged in USD instead of AUD. I contacted customer support within minutes to cancel the order, but they refused, claiming it had already been “packed and shipped.”

After seeing John Madden’s review and others on Trustpilot, I realised this has happened to many others. I then gave the seller 24 hours to cancel and refund the order before I would escalate it through PayPal.

To my surprise, within 20 hours I received a full refund via PayPal — I was very fortunate. Others may not be as lucky, so I strongly recommend avoiding this company and checking reviews first before purchasing. Their conduct appears misleading and potentially unlawful under Australian Consumer Law

This is a scam that charges 5x as much than what you believed your order was worth. Within 5 minutes after paying they confirm that the order has already been shipped and cannot be canceled. No amount of protesting and running around changes the situation. My advice: stay clear of Lilcooler. You will bitterly regret it otherwise.

I ordered it online on 18 Oct 2025 and concur with John's review. .
They charged AU $119 36 than AU $78 as invoiced.
So I questioned their support why $42 was charged on top? I was not answered, so I asked my bank to get my money back. My bank is on it!

The sellers of this product are total SCAMMERS. The advert on YouTube stated that these things were invented in Australia. Thought I was paying in Australian dollars but was charged in US dollars.Was also dishonestly charged for "extended warranty" which was not provided as an option, just loaded onto the price. I requested a cancellation of the order and a refund within a couple of minutes of placing the order and was met with obfuscation and dishonesty, eventually offering me a further "extended warranty" absolutely free of charge to show their "appreciation and apologise for the inconvenience caused". I wish that I had searched for some reviews before getting involved with this disgraceful crowd. Avoid them like the plague!
Fortunately, I paid via PayPal. I raised the matter with PayPal, sending them my email exchanges with the Scammers and within 90 minutes I received an email from PayPal advising that the full amount would be refunded and stating that my order could be cancelled. As I wrote back to PayPal, "It seems that the seller just refuses to cooperate with its customers, but springs into action when PayPal gets on the case."

This is a scam - I back out of the transaction and PayPal still charged my card. Be careful. They list over 2000 reviews on trust pilot and I couldn’t find any?????
