99.9% Network SLA
Uptime SLA consists of 4 parts:
Global Internet Connectivity - This includes connectivity from the Limestone Networks' network to the outside Internet.
Private Network Connectivity - This includes connectivity between the privately routed network within Limestone Networks. (Limestone Private Back-End Tunneling).
Power - This includes the power which powers the servers in the data center
Client Control Panel - This includes the accessibility of the client control panel. This SLA does not guarantee functionality of the client control panel.

I've been a Limestone Networks customer for over 8 years, with my Dedicated Server (Bare Metal), and I can guarantee that they have a "UP time of 99.9999999999%", I've spent years and years without interruption, without a doubt the best company.
The support is great, very fast, sometimes depending on the sector you need to pay a small fee, but this fee is very low and the speed and quality with which it is answered is light years from any other competitor.
Taylor Henrique has been a great mentor, thanks to him for helper me so many things.
Undoubtedly LimeStone is the best company for several factors, among them: Price, Quality, Support 24/24, these 3 are the pillars of those looking for a serious Company for their Business.

Datacenter partnership
Limestone is one of our datacenter partners providers, specifically for serving our US traffic. We work with dedicated servers, it's one of the best market options in terms of hardware/costs and of course in service so we are happy working with them for the last 3 years.

I like that your guys send us a email days before you do repair or maintenance to us letting us know, that give us time to let our customer know, also your support department respond is very fast, we got server with 100tb, Rackspace, cloud south and you guys still the faster. I've been with them for maybe 10 years. They're pretty good. Their offerings are very configurable and competitive. Support has always been timely. I host all my bare metal servers with Limestone now.
