Had my MOT done at Arnold today, I arrived early, mistake on time my fault, Justine was and always is very pleasant and helpful. Mot done while I waited, had a coffee and was soon on my way. I have been using Lindleys (Basford and Arnold and Furlong Street for Tyres) for approx 12 years, never experienced any problems.

Went in for front 2 wheel alignment
Went in for front 2 wheel alignment. Collected car and had turn back as had severe steering wheel vibration at 64+ mph. There was no vibration before I went. When i returned I got told I would have to pay £90 to sort this. Went to Halfords who were only to happy to help and charged me £7.99!! Car drives perfectly now. Definitely won’t be returning to Lindleys at West Bridgford. I thought the days off rip off garages were long gone!!

Having reviewed your visit, we'd like to provide some additional context. Prior to attending our West Bridgford branch, your vehicle had two new front tyres fitted elsewhere. When you returned to us reporting a steering wheel vibration after the wheel alignment, our assessment was that the vibration was consistent with a wheel balancing issue rather than the alignment itself.
As the tyres had only recently been fitted, we advised returning to the supplying garage in the first instance, as wheel balancing is normally carried out as part of the tyre fitting process. We're pleased to hear the issue has now been resolved.
If there was any misunderstanding regarding the advice or any costs discussed, we apologise. Clear communication is important to us, and we'll take your feedback on board.

Took My car to get the Air Con re-gassed, needed it for that week we call summer when its hot, booked online, dropped it off, picked it up, all done - super easy, cant tell you how much is was didn't look but I didn't have to re-mortgage anything, so very happy

Got an appointment quickly and the work was done quickly. We were amazed when there was nothing to pay. We have been to Lindley’s before for a service and were pleased then.
We had no idea that a holiday check was classed as a health of the car check and therefore free!

My wheel nuts were not placed back on…
My wheel nuts were not placed back on my tyres although this was sorted 2 days later and my neighbour alerted me to this- very concerned as I would not have known if they had even tightened my wheel nuts up!
