The curtains I ordered never arrived. Contact with the company a complete waste of time. Reported them to trading standards via citizens advice. Why is this website still up?

Items never arrived but payment taken

Sadly my items have never arrived and judging by previous reviews from customers in truth I'm not hopeful they ever will. I will wait and see if anything does miraculously appear over the next week and update my review accordingly if they do. Failing that it's a fraud report to my bank. A real shame.

110% Fraud

Already left one review but need to give others this warning. Having spoken to the company once in the phone when I call now I get diverted to answering machine, if I turn caller ID off the call goes through, this is an absolute fraudulent company - do not order from them

Did not deliver as promised

Did not deliver as promised. Had to contact them twice by email before they gave me a dispatch date. The item was then not dispatched as they said my payment had not gone through. Tried calling but no-one answers the phone. Lost confidence in the company totally and cancelled the order. I then saw the other poor reviews online. I ordered from elsewhere. It was more expensive but at least the goods arrived as promised.

I have not yet received the items

I have not yet received the items, have had no communication about the order and had to chase a reply to a query before I even ordered.
Will be trying to follow up and find out what has happened to the shipment.
But am not impressed and unlikely to use his firm again.

Do not use this company

Still waiting for goods that were ordered No one answers the phone no one answers emails company is a joke read other reviews as well as mine . Have placed a complaint with credit card company to get my money back

Shocking company

Shocking company, placed an order 8 days ago, no communication from them, despite emailing them twice asking for delivery date, they have not sent my order or replied to my emails, spent £100 on pillowcases, wondering if this is a dodgy company, their phone no will not accept phone calls as in you cannot leave a message, and despite phoning 3 times no one answers.
Advice to anyone else, BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

DON'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGEPOLE!

It seems this company is forever getting complaints. I ordered a duvet set & paid £97.98 on 28 February. No sign of the goods & on finding their telephone number, there was only a message to email them with the query. I tried this several times including emailing and eventually got a reply from the Director Rodney Goodbody on 17 March who said they misplaced the order and have none left. I asked for an immediate refund and despite sending emails on 17, 19 & 20 March have still not received my money.

I placed my order 1st March

I placed my order 1st March, it’s now the 15th and I have had no order update, despite sending two emails requesting one.
Extremely disappointing that nobody has responded to my queries. Looking at other reviews, I fear that I’ve lost my £100!!!

Update: Fortunately, I made the purchase through PayPal! Linenfields didn’t respond to any of my calls or emails. So I raised a case with PayPal, Linenfields failed to respond to them too, thankfully PayPal saw the case in my favour and refunded my money, it took a couple of weeks, but at least I’m not out of pocket.

This is a shameful way to behave Linenfields, taking peoples money and not delivering the goods! Looking at the reviews you’ve done this to so many people, and this is not OK!! For anyone else considering to purchase from this company don’t! I’ve checked them on Companies House and they are a genuine registered company, however delve a little deeper and run a credit check, and it’s poor!! Stop trading and taking innocent people’s hard earned cash.

I ordered a pair of curtain tie backs…

I ordered a pair of curtain tie backs over 3 weeks ago, I was charged for them, still not received. Several emails later with 1 reply to say it's being looked into, I don't think this company actually exists! They do not answer the phone, either. what on earth is going on? They are actually guilty of theft in my opinion.

Linenfields took payment on 10 February…

Linenfields took payment on 10 February 2025. Four weeks later and the curtains still have not arrived. I have left several messages on their answerphone, I sent several emails. Rodney replied on 3d March that he will look into it, but one week later still no news. No sign of the curtains, either.

Item taking ages to arrive with these…

Item taking ages to arrive with these trustpilot reviews asking for feedback before item has been delivered.

Have emailed company for update but, no reply. Money for item was taken at point of ordering rather than on dispatch.

Do not EVER EVER order anything from…

Do not EVER EVER order anything from this company. I ordered a feather topper from them and two months later hadn't received it. Tried contacting them multiple times, no reply. Finally stopped payment on my credit card. They contacted me a couple of weeks later saying my order was still in the pipeline, they could ship in a couple of weeks. I repaid. Stupid me. Two months later I again have not received my feather topper, despite reaching out to customer service again and being ignored again.

They claim they are a "small business" but they are not at all reliable. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

Don't order from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I would give no stars if I could, as one star is too many. Do not touch this company with a bargepole. Buy from anyone but this company. Their customer service is appalling, you cannot ring them and emails are left unanswered. It’s not even possible to get a refund from them for an item which was available when I placed the order, but then could not be sourced. Do not buy anything from them.

If I could give no stars I would

Updated: finally heard from them and received my parcel. Maybe a bit harsh initially with my assessment as information sadly lacking but they did sort it in the end. If I could give no stars I would. Order not sent, no response to emails.

I wouldn’t even give them one star didn’t receive item shocking customer service no one to talk to on phone got Paypal to refund awful place took money quick enough scam site.
