9 years and wish I left them 8 years ago
9 years I have used them and finally realized that I was paying too much for too little. I changed from yearly plan to monthly not knowing it was a 12 month contract and went with WillowCommerce instead. I wish I did it 6 years ago. The functionality I get from Willow is LIGHT years ahead of SKU Vault. When I went to cancel after all these years they are forcing me to stay after 6 weeks into the "contract" that they never told me was a lock?! The CEO is smug and inconsiderate. Its sad that after so many years and you think you have a relationship with them only to find out they could care less. I tell whoever is readng this, STAY AWAY. you can get so much more for so much less elsewhere. I chose Willow Commerce, call them and stay away from Linnworks / SKU Vault
Linnworks User for two years
We’ve been using Linnworks for close to two years now, and it’s fair to say it has played a significant role in our growth journey.
Over that period, our business has scaled rapidly—particularly across marketplace channels—and quite simply, we wouldn’t have been able to achieve that level of growth without Linnworks in place. The platform has given us the structure, control, and visibility needed to manage multiple channels efficiently, without adding unnecessary operational complexity.
What stands out is the ability to centralise inventory, orders, and listings across marketplaces, which has allowed us to focus more on growth and less on firefighting. As volumes increased, Linnworks scaled with us, enabling smoother operations and better decision-making.
Like any system, there’s always room for refinement, but overall it has proven to be a reliable and critical part of our tech stack. For any business serious about scaling through marketplaces, Linnworks provides a strong foundation to build from.

Atrocious, almost comical support
Atrocious support, but decent product.
We have a running joke internally that we it isn't worth contacting Linnworks support with an urgent issue that has just started occurring as it will take 2 days for them to get back and tell us it isn't an issue, or it is our fault.
These are processes that have been stable for years, and for no reason, stop working or have delays for some time. And I would add, these are critical problems that affect our ability to actually operate and fulfill orders and as a marketplace seller, we can't have a single day of delays.
The product is OK. 3.5/5 would be fair. The depth of integrations is solid, and we do a lot with it, but is clunky compared to other solutions.

BINGO ! Laura solved the problem whilst still on the call, she was brilliant in her help and her "one to one" persona in making sure we were being looked after, was outstanding.

They are good
They are good. I am using linnworks since almost 2 years now. They really have everything that a multi-channel eCom company needs to be more organized, define workflows and automate stuff as much as they can to make their "order fulfilment" stuff easy.
however you do need a developer to be able to handle day to day issues and automate stuff, as their customer service is not very much helpful in that.

From the first meeting, the Linnworks team took the time to understand our companies needs and what specific requirements we needed operationally. Strategic and insightful in helping us expand our market reach within the context of the Linnworks platform. Linnworks has made a great improvement for us across the business, especially with the warehouse and dispatch teams. The Linnworks team has been great to work with, always helpful, knowledgeable and were always pushing to meed deadlines.

Great experience with Jamie, Dylan and the rest of the Linnworks team.
The conversation started with stumbling across Linnworks, and Jamie Arnold at an e-commerce expo. We were trying to solve several problems related to our e-commerce and warehouse management. We talked at length with Jamie at that event and subsequent calls to discuss our requirements and how Linnworks could help.
At the same time we were vetting several other companies who offered simmilar solutions, slightly different ways of working and some at a lower cost.
We felt Linnworks, and Jamie understood our business the most offered the best solution available to also suit our requirements.
After the sales process, we were handed over to
Dylan Walsh, who trained our team to work with the new system.
We had one small hiccup at the end which was handled swiftly by Jamie, Dylan and the rest of the Linnworks team.
Looking forward to growing our business with Linnworks!

Linnworks Laura is a superstar

She’s also been a great support with our Linnworks account. Whenever we’ve needed help or had questions, Laura has been quick to respond and always knows exactly how to sort things out. It’s been a massive help having someone who genuinely understands the system and actually cares about getting things working properly.
Really appreciate all of Laura’s support — she’s been brilliant from start to finish. Would definitely recommend her to anyone needing help with Linnworks or marketplace setups.

Good product at a good price
Onboarding was a little fractured due to a personnel change. However, we reached our target successfully and went live as planned. The online support and tutorials have answered most of our questions, and the Ticket Support team has been very responsive whenever an issue has arisen.

Very rigid support, terms and expensive
I would give less than 1 star if possible but unfortunately it's the minimum.
We got Linnworks - tried to cancel as we didn't need it 1-2 days after signing and wasn't able to do so.
Now being chased by rude recovery and Linnworks do not allow cancellation (rigid on terms) - even if you never sign in or use the service.
Have dealt with Linnwords across another account as well where they effectively ignore tickets and don't reply for boths.
Contract terms typically renew for 12 full months so if you do want to cancel - be careful of your contract notice or you will be stuck for another year.
Strongly would not recommend across 2 experiences.

It is refreshing to see people take such initiative these days. Linnworks has been excellent with integration so far. Harley, along with the rest of the team, has been integral to our setup. Highly recommend
