I ordered sweets for my husband’s 40th which never arrived. The owner said Royal Mail had the sweets but the Royal Mail delivery tracker simply said that the “seller had advised they had despatched” the items. I asked for a workaround / solution and I didn’t get a response. So I’m £40 down and without the number 40 sweets I had ordered especially. Very disappointed.

I ordered letterbox sweets for my Grandsons birthday, I stupidly didn't put my Grandsons address on the online form and the item was going to be sent to me, I immediately rang Faye at Sweet treats and she was able to change the address for me, she was very helpful and understanding, the sweets arrived in two days via Royal Mail, my Grandson is delighted with them, a lovely assortment of jellies and goodies, I have ordered goods on several occasions from Lisa Sweet treats , always excellent .

Put a order is as a treat for fathers day from my children to there daddy who's working away till next weekend. Logged in & checked the status this evening to find the order was cancelled. No message, no email, no nothing. Absolutely livid. 1st & last time using this company

Lisa prepared my son's 11th birthday party bags and they were amazing. The bags and labels were personalised and the sweets were so generous and fresh. The children said they were the best sweets they'd ever had!

I wanted to buy party bags for my Son's birthday party from a local business. I also didn't want to fill them with wasteful plastic "tat" but it had to be something all the kids would love. SWEETS!
I loved the look of all the different sweet and various packaging options on Lisa's website so it was a no brainer that I'd order from her. The prices are so reasonable too for something bespoke.
Lisa was so helpful, chatting through the various options available and we decided on coloured, stripy bags filled with kid's pick n mix.
The sweets arrived in plenty of time for the party in very sturdy packaging.
The smell when I opened the box was divine! I had to use all my willpower not to open them and eat handfuls.
