Started the free trial to look at some properties but after googling and see these other comments it explains why not one team member has been in contact in the past week or any landlords have messaged me, these are sick vile incels preying vulnerable people in the midst of a housing crisis SHAME ON YOU! And I’m assuming by a lot of the comment I will have recurring transactions so if you’ve made th same mistake I have call your bank asap

Fraudulent transactions for a…

Fraudulent transactions for a subscription I never asked for. Never visited site and have been taking monies every month for 5 months. Reported to bank and police in Australia

It seems there was a misunderstanding. You were reviewing subscriptions under the US region, even though you registered in Australia using your email and card number. You insisted that you never used our service and claimed your card was stolen. However, you refused to cancel your card and instead threatened to file a police report against us. We cancelled on your behalf to ensure you never get any more charges.

To clarify, we have no access to your email to create an account without your involvement, nor can we obtain your card details to generate a subscription without your authorization.

If you feel a 1-star rating is warranted, perhaps it should be directed at the situation rather than our service. We are happy to assist you further if you wish to resolve this properly.

I want to cancel my subscription but absolutely NONE of your links work and it is impossible to get through to customer service - because no links work.

I went and signed for premium free 7…

I went and signed for premium free 7 day trial started to have a look and due to having a HTTP Status 403 – Forbidden on WiFi. 2 mobile data's I get the same thing and as soon as I want to cancel subscriptions or try to talk to someone I get the same HTTP Status 403 – Forbidden I feel let down.

Absolutely the rudest customer service…

Absolutely the rudest customer service I have ever seen!!!! Smart ass comments and refusing to help me when I ask them to stop taking money from my bank accounts.
After asking them to stop taking my money they refused to help me and I still have money getting taken from my bank accounts. ! Unbelievable!

After reviewing your case, it appears that the additional charges were due to a second account you created under this sas*************@gmail.com, which you didn’t appear to remember and so wasn’t cancelled. We cancelled this for you. It took some time to identify that this was your account we do acknowledge.

this site is not worth the time to look at it

when i go on this site to look for a classic car. lots of adds. some have unavailable with them. others do not so would it not make sense that the ones with out would still be for sale? yet when i try and contact one there is NEVER a reply. so do you look at your site and see how long that the add has been then after a time it should be removed so you can add new one and then be paid for one that is active?
