Gentlemen who spoke to us on the phone is very rude, makeup cabinet was shipped wrong, took 6 months to find out the cabinet still wasn't ready & another month to finally get the cabinet (no one ever called to let us know what was happening) doesn't fit by the design of the picture and if i assemble it as is it won't be the size as requested (im spending more money to correct because they are not friendly to talk to) Overall will never purchase from this company again or suggest anyone else to. Only way they get good reviews (in my opinion) is for them having regular customers they properly take care of.
I personally suggest you DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Customer service is one man with a bad temper. I asked about their price match guarantee before my order ever arrived. A polite "no" would have been fine. Instead, he yelled at me and, by the end of the conversation where I could hardly get a word in, he said he wouldn't do business with me again and spoke about copying their legal department on any future email communications. I am stunned. I have never been treated so badly just to have a question answered. As long as the vanity arrives in good shape, I will certainly never have contact with this company again. Best to shop at Wayfair. This company doesn't deserve to be in business.

This company is terrible. The Male Representation cussed me out because they did not have an item that I ordered and paid for. If you want to listen to the recording, tag me. He said he did not give a sh—who I was. It is okay for you to cancel my item and I was not mad. They said they called me 5 times, but I did not have my personal phone because I was out of town on business. I would give you a negative 100 if I could. Feel free to reach out before you purchase from this company

I was having trouble finding this particular vanity in stock. I had ordered it from another vendor, but they did not tell me it was out of stock until I called weeks later.

I saw the same vanity at Listvanities.com and ordered it. A representative called me immediately and stated they had the vanity, but not the sink top, which was okay with me. He doubled check and made sure it was definitely in stock before charging my card.

The representative was patient with my emails about delivery etc. The vanity arrive today in excellent condition. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend List Vanities.

I have never had anyone speak so rudely and disgusting to me. The owner yelled at my purchasing manager claiming we were playing games with him and he was not going to send 50 emails to confirm.
We were calling to confirm a cancellation.
This guy was horrible. Here is his email to us:

Your information on file, email, phone, and address, has been flagged for suspicious fraudulent online activity. WE have CC’d our legal team on this communication. Do not EVER attempt to place another order here again.

Some of the negative reviews that you read here are a little unreasonable and unfair. We personally had a great experience with them! Honestly, if customers expect all of these semi custom vanities to be in stock, at these great prices, and delivered to their doorstep within a week, their expectations of the supply and construction industry is completely unreasonable.

Within 24 hours of placing our order, customer service called us to notify that our vanity was back ordered which was expected since I knew there was a low count in stock. They told us that the vanity was at least 4 weeks out from delivery, and asked if we would be willing to wait the 4 weeks and if we were not willing to wait the 4 weeks, they would refund our order in full. You can’t beat that level of customer service! We ended up waiting the 4 weeks, which did turn into 5 weeks due to it being held up in customs, but we did not mind since quite frankly, it was out of their control and they were constantly updating us. When the vanity arrived, it was very, I mean VERY, well packaged to prevent any damage. We are very happy with the quality and the vanity was just as described online. I am a contractor and I will be using this company again for future needs.

They were fabulous to work with! Great price - great delivery - highest of quality product. I called in advance after reading 1 or 2 negative reviews on shipping - fake news!!

When you get a delivery - inspect it right away - which is what they ask you to do! I did and everything was perfect.

The customer service for this company is terrible. The management is rude and not helpful. I called prior to ordering a vanity to make sure it was in stock and they told me it was. Contacted me a few days later saying it was a different color and that they would give a refund of 200 to have it painted and that it should only take an hour to paint. They told me I was trying to take advantage of the situation and very rude about it. However I was just trying to split the offset of the painting cost since they told me the color o wanted was in stock. Buyer be aware and read the other reviews.

I placed an order for what they said is in stock on their website. A very rude and aggressive man called to tell me I was wasting their time and berated me for not wanting to switch from the white countertop that I ordered on their site -- because it is listed as in stock -- to a light gray or dark gray countertop. They have been in business for blah blah blah years and he said that I "knew exactly what I was doing", as if I deceptively placed this order. He basically yelled "we're helping you, you just don't get it". He said I am a "designer" and I knew I was wasting their time too. I'm a graphic designer, not an interior designer. I'm a homeowner who is re-doing a bathroom with original fixtures and tile from the 1960s. I don't know anything about bathroom vanities. I had no idea the vanity I wanted was an "odd-ball size" and that I was "making sure I would not be a customer for ANYBODY because of my unwillingness to be flexible". I would have happily shopped on List Vanities site for a different vanity had the man who called me not been so hostile. He said "no you wouldn't" when I told him this. Uhhhhh, yes, I would have shopped for a different vanity on your site!! It is sad that someone lives their life with such hostility and anger. I feel bad for him. I hope this was an off-day and he otherwise has a happy life. Maybe tomorrow he will wake up and choose to spread kindness to the world around him. To have made so many assumptions about me before we even connected, I just don't get it. The word designer can be applied to professions other than interior design. Clearly, the interior designers they deal with are gigantic a-holes as that would explain his hostility toward me. Shame on those people for being shady and difficult, making this man's professional life miserable. Also, it is not legal to sell an item on a website that is known to be completely out of stock. He admitted that the sink color I ordered is out of stock, has been out of stock, and is in no way showing up probably ever again. Why is this item available to purchase on their website then? It would take mere minutes to deactivate the sink option that I ordered so none of this wouldn't have happened. Don't put yourselves out on the web selling products you know are out of stock. Don't also call and yell at the customer who is not an interior designer and is very much an amateur homeowner redoing a bathroom for the first time for falling prey to their tactics. This practice is a violation of consumer protection laws, specifically false advertising and deceptive trade practices. I would much rather share a positive experience and praise a company for doing a great job. Based on other reviews, they seem to be really good at what they do.

cabinet front cracked, counter top in pieces, cabinet so unlevel it cannot be shimmed. Called to report this to you and the man whom answered yelled and screamed repeatedly at me, when I asked to speak to a supervisor he said he would hang up on me. I have literally never had such a horrible experience in my 65 years. No man has ever spoken to me in such a manner, HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely awful. This company sold me a vanity, then called me to let me know it is out of stock. They tried to replace my order with a completely different color. I tried to convey that this would not suit my needs. The customer service agent got extremely hostile with me and hung up the phone. Terrible experience.

BEWARE-- WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Avoid like the plague! They take your money and treat you like total crap. We spent over $2,000 on a vanity and we have received better customer service at McDonalds. They sent us the wrong number for the delivery link. When we called to clarify why the delivery link was not working, the rudest man ever began berating and insulting us, telling us he had sent "all the info you need" and telling us it was our fault it was not working. When we said he did not send the right info to make the link work, he became even more obnoxious and rude! The man was plain nasty. Later, he emailed the correct # for the link with no apology at all for his prior rudeness. The link asks for a user name and password so we called him again. Instead of clarifying that you can bypass the password and enter the delivery number via "quick link"... instead the man yelled at us and insulted us again! This extremely rude man REFUSED to identify himself and REFUSED to allow us to speak to another more polite and helpful person at the company. He also blocked our number and instead sent us to his "legal team."
