Had an issue with my first item, which the company was excellent with dealing with. Communicated promptly and sent replacement immediately, which arrived in perfect condition. There's lots of nice things on the website and because of the excellent service I will definitely purchase from this company again.

The company sent out some jars with mould marks and smell. Then sent e-mail saying that the replacement will be sent. This was never done.
Money not refunded and my messages being ignored.

I bought a beautiful set of wooden salt and pepper grinders set on a wooden base for my friend's housewarming present. They were absolutely lovely and she is thrilled with them.

Great products and excellent customer service. I ordered a lot of bottles and jars from Little Crafts London and in all the time I've been buying only one jar arrived damaged. The team had it sorted in no time. Definitely gives your home that elevated feel. Love them.

Great non-plastic products

I purchased a couple of brown glass bottles for washing up liquid and soap for the kitchen. They look great and they are pretty customisable. Very happy with the purchase and it came quickly, and would recommend to others.

I am in love with my oil dispensers! They are so beautiful and the labels too and they were packaged well and the lovely little note that came with them was such a nice touch. I can’t wait to order more products from Little Crafts London

Beautiful strorage jars from Little Crafts! I bought my third set of acacia pantry jars and they're perfect, just beuatifully made. The ordering process is easy, good notification on the delivery and packaged well. I'll definitely be buying more!

To start all was not well! The item I ordered was fulfilled with a wrong item.😡
The problem was acknowledged and checked with speed and communication at all stages. The wrong item is being collected at no charge from my home and the correct item is due today! 🤗
