Don’t rent from Mayna when in Barcelona.
This company manages and rents numerous apartments in Barcelona. We rented one for over a month. The apartment was not properly maintained and the manager from Mayna, Andrea failed to fix the issues. This included electrical box problems where the circuits repeatedly shut off stopping the air conditioning from working, plumbing fixtures that were worn out and non-functional such that you could not adjust the water temperature, a non-functioning cooktop in the kitchen (the only item that was finally replaced more than two weeks into the rental period), a shower that did not drain, and water leaking into a bathroom from the apartment above.
On 3 occasions Andrea sent someone who said they could not fix these things as an electrician and plumber were needed. Each time, the person sent took photos and claimed they would have Andrea send the necessary technicians but this never happened. We were there to see Barcelona, not to wait for repair people - yet we had to do that on three separate days. Most of the time Andrea simply ignored our communications. These apartments are rented both through AirBnB and directly so beware.
