Der Beistelltisch von Keramik kam zerschlagen. Ich habe die Living and Company informiert, Fotos gesendet. Es kam keine Antwort und das Geld auch nicht. Auf meine mehrere mail kam keine Antwort mehr.

Bestelling geplaatst op 14/12/2025. Na 2 weken een mailtje gestuurd met de vraag wanneer de bestelling verzonden zou worden. Een mailtje teruggekregen met de boodschap dat er iets fout was gegaan en de vraag of het nagestuurd mocht worden. Tot op heden niets ontvangen. Er wordt niet meer gereageerd op mails, telefoonnummer niet in gebruik. Enorm misnoegd, bestelling van meer dan 100€ kan ik naar fluiten, vrees ik.

Cyber crime! I ordered a garden bench. 9 days after ordering I chased the despatch as I heard nothing. Then I received a despatch note and a link to a DHL shipping notification. The link looked dubious. But I monitored it and after a couple of weeks of sitting at “customs” I then received a “delivered” note. In checking, it was marked as delivered back to sender as apparently the shipment didn’t have the right customs documents. The customer service occasionally responded to say they would contact the warehouse. My suspicion was too high and I started procedure with my bank to reclaim the money. The good news is my bank raised a case, rejected by the merchants using the “delivered” DHL notification (very cheeky given it clearly shows not delivered to the customer) and recovered the funds. But reading the other reviews I’ve been lucky. They clearly take orders, never ship and keep customers money. How they can continue to operate is beyond me and I’ve reported the site to various parties to help investigate them. Do not order anything from them or fear losing your money.

This company is a joke and most likely a scam. I’ve ordered a table being told it had a couple of weeks’ leadtime. I then get an update that it will be several months. I write them to cancel the order and I buy the table elsewhere. Suddenly, they write that it’s now a matter of a week before shipment and ignores my request to cancel the order. I write again to reiterate that my order should be cancelled. No answer. And today I got a shipment confirmation for an order I’ve cancelled several times. A joke…

Achtung Betrugsfirma! Finger weg!
Defekter Artikel geliefert. Reklamation nicht möglich, da die Firma einfach nicht reagiert.
Wie die zahlreichen Rezensionen bezeugen, scheint es das Geschäftskonzept von Livinandcompany zu sein, B-Ware oder Mängelware günstig zu verkaufen und sich dann tot zu stellen.
Wer ein Produkt ohne Mängel erwischt, hat Glück. Alle anderen Kunden werden systematisch um ihr Reklamationsrecht gebracht.
Mein Rat an alle Kunden: Wenden Sie sich im Rahmen des Käuferschutzes an Paypal, Klarna o.ä., so dass diese zumindest die Zusammenarbeit mit Living & Company beenden. Ich habe außerdem den Hersteller des Artikels informiert und gebeten, die Firma nicht mehr zu beliefern.

kriminell und nicht zu empfehlen: Ware wurde bei fristgerechter Rückgabe nicht angenommen -
Wir haben einen Tisch fristgerecht zurückgesendet. Der Versand war mit Living and Company abgesprochen und sie haben den Widerruf auch per Mail akzeptiert. Die Versandkosten mussten von uns getragen werden, obwohl wir einen Defekt (optischen Mangel der Tischplatte) beanstandet haben. Als die Ware von unserer Spedition angeliefert wurde, hat Living and Company die Ware einfach nicht angenommen, der Grund für die Verweigerung der Annahme erschließt sich uns nicht. Living and Company hat behauptet, dass die Ware beschädigt angeliefert wurde, die Spedition hat uns einen Fotobeweis gesendet, dass die Ware korrekt und unbeschädigt angeliefert wurde. Der von Living and Company genannte Grund entspricht also nicht der Wahrheit. Seitdem haben wir sehr viel Ärger, da die Ware nun bei der Spedition liegt und Living and Company sich auf unsere Beschwerden und Bitten, die Ware anzunehmen, nicht mehr meldet. Wir haben jetzt einen Anwalt eingeschalten. Ich würde niemandem empfehlen bei Living and Company zu bestellen, da bei defekter Ware oder Gebrauch des gesetzlichen Widerrufs keine Rückgabe möglich ist.

Scam, fraude!

Je krijgt zogenaamd mail met trackingnummer maar wordt helemaal niet verzonden. Scamfirma!!! Wees gewaarschuwd….

We ordered our two-piece sofa from Living and Company in September 2023 and only half of it arrived. The other half was "lost", but I have been waiting for a refund since that day and it has been a whole year - to no avail. I am always being put off and my emails have been completely ignored. I want my money back !!! Order number: ORD202374350

Edit: They are deleting my reviews on other platforms. It has now been a year since I made the order, and after being ghosted by Living and Company, I had to place an order with another supplier to complete my couch.

Echte criminelen!!
Ik probeerde binnen 10u na bestelling van een tafel de order te annuleren. Op meerdere telefoontjes en mails antwoorden ze niet waarna de tafel na enkele dagen verstuurd werd. Wanneer ik deze terugstuurde werd de tafel eerst 2 keer geweigerd vooraleer die op een derde leverpoging geleverd werd. Plots antwoorde ze wel heel snel op e-mails (ze lezen wel degelijk je emails dezelfde dag, stel maar leesbevesting in). Ze beweerden al bij deze eerste leverpoging dat de tafel beschadigd was. Dit is onmogelijk om dit door een kartonnen doos heen te zien. Letterlijk 5 minuten na de derde leverpoging krijg ik al een foto dat de tafel beschadigd is. Absoluut ongeloofwaardig. Koop hier niet, deze tafel is in perfecte staat aangekomen maar ze weten precies welke trucjes ze moeten gebruiken om geen terugbetaling te hoeven doen...

Snel geleverd en goed verpakt. Duidelijke communicatie.

Een vriendin van ons uit Stockholm heeft in maart '23 3 lampen gekocht.Type "Ay Illuminate Wren hanging lamp bamboo - medium"
Er is er tot op heden 1 geleverd en zij en ik proberen in contact te komen met deze club. Geen gehoor. geen reactie op emails. niks !!!!
De lampen zijn volledig betaald. Als er geen reactie komt vanuit livingandcompany op deze review ga ik navraag doen bij de politie welke mogelijkheden er zijn vwb aangifte. Dit riekt naar fraude!

Order took 2 months to arrive in the UK after the website clearly stated it was in stock.

Item arrived without legs and we requested a replacement, which took a further 2 months to be sent.

The replacement delivery is finally in the UK, but we are waiting to hear if Living and Company will pay for the second set of import duty/charges as the replacements were sent with a full invoice.

Their customer service email is delayed and unhelpful, with stock responses. Their phone number has not been answered once after 4 months of trying.

Please avoid this company. The products may be what you’re after and at a great price, but the rest of the service means you’ll be lucky to get your furniture ever.

This company does not keep its promises. The deadlines are misleading and it is impossible to reach the after-sales service. Returns and cancellations are also actually not possible.
Moreover, the prices are unreasonable compared to the real quality of the products which are of poor quality.

Beautiful design items. My order came well packed and it was delivered in the estimated time even thought I submitted my order during black friday season. (order: ORD202269805 )

The different comment are not real one. I have bout ant dthe delivery date are not the one written on the website
Of course, it's impossible to return the product and they always give a reason to refuse it (they will say it's not as the origin, etc.)
And their answer on the internet are a lie. Il will alert the authority because it's a scam

Op mijn vraag kreeg ik snel een antwoord. Blij met het kaartje wat bij de bestellingen kon worden toegevoegd gezien het een cadeau was. Goede service.
