Great response, great product, helpful and quick delivery

I just purchased a Fender Eric Johnson Stratocaster on white blonde finish.
I’m very happy with it and Logan’s pianos were great to deal with, Chris in the guitar department in particular, thanks again Chris.
Cheers,
Al Gibson.

Purchased a Fender Strat and amp almost a year ago. The team was super helpful and and professional during the sale and the price was fantastic. Had an issue with the AMP almost a year later and again Chris and the team could not do enough to help and get me sorted. Whatever I need in the future I will shop at Logans. Top marks Team....

I did a click and collect transaction in the evening, was emailed to say it was ready for collection early the next day. I arrived, was greeted by two pleasant staff and I had my amp carried to my car all within 3 minutes! Amazing service and always quality products.

Great customer service. Date was friendly and attentive, and I already had a particular Yamaha model in mind. He took the time to explain the differences between that model and the other keyboards available, which helped me confirm my choice. What I particularly appreciated was that there was no pressure to buy a more expensive model. I explained that this was really a test for me to see whether I would actually learn and enjoy playing the piano, and they respected that. A very pleasant and helpful buying experience. Dante also helped me to carry the bought items to my car park at the front. I really appreciate it. He even told me that he will part the guitar at home, just bring it over.

Prompt service, good value and responsive. The delivery provider selected to top notch.

،Just excellent.

The staff at Logans Pianos demonstrated genuine care for my needs as a customer.

I received the guitar timely, and it was well above my expectations.

The service that was provided to me was exceptional. Communication was flawless and price couldn’t be matched by other stores. I highly recommend.

Quick honest response, good old fashion service with a smile, you couldn’t ask better 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really love my new purchase. It arrived quickly and all in perfect condition. Highly recommended

I ordered some sheet music. It came quickly, was what i asked for, was well packaged,
AND they personally followed up to confirm I was happy with my order.
Now to get good enough to play said music…which they said they are “working” on helping me with 🤣

Expected the delivery to arrive 5 business days after my order but got a call to arrange delivery the very next day! The team gave me a call when they were on their way to my address and helped me get my order into the building… couldn’t have asked for more!

As a local resident musician passing Logans on Burwood Road, I often think how lucky we are to have this family business here to serve us. Human courtesy at all times. Anxious to please in the genuine sense of trying to find exactly what a musician needs. Why? Because they are musicians themselves. They understand. They will go to the trouble of finding exactly what you need. Thanks a million Logans.
