First class service as always 🙌

Thanks to the Steve and the team at Logic Vending for sorting our coffee machine at such short notice. Excellent service from start to finish.

Good coffee easy fast delivery

Contracts are very misleading. They do not arrange the service despite the machines being on lease. Then when you have a problem they come up with ridiculous quotes to "renew" the warranty because the service wasnt completed. As a company if I leased someone a machine the service would be booked in by me.

They seem to pluck prices out of thin air - one minute its another £1600 then you argue and its £500 then they come back and say its now £900.

Save yourself the hassle and buy a machine - that way you will just pay for the repairs when needed and not be locked into a contract and help over a barrel with finger in the wind prices.

Thousands to get out of contracts on machines that dont work.

Won`t be using them again.

I was tasked with finding a coffee machine for our new coffee shop at school. After having a bad experience with another company I landed upon Logic vending who appeared to have everything we needed to set-up our little venue. What a fantastic company from first email to purchase to installation it was a dream to deal with them, special shout out to Hannah for guiding us through the process and for being so obliging. Also we have just had training on the machine by a delightful engineer (sorry didn't catch his name) who taught us everything we needed to know. Thanks again Logic Vending, I look forward to buying your products to keep us stocked up.

Having dealt with this company for 10 years I can say that the service has nosedived. My latest contract has been a nightmare,machine keeps breaking which I am then charged to repair. Charged twice for the same fault-not fixed the first time. Finally gave up and used backup machine. Now having decided that as I’m paying over £200 per month and am locked into contract for 2 more years I gave in and payed for another repair. Waited to hear when that would be-nothing. Despite 3 emails requesting a date heard nothing. Finally phoned to be told that an appointment was organised then cancelled-all without my knowledge. Now I’m having to pay an extra £1000 per year to cover repair costs.WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY CONTRACT.

Im surprised that my order it’s over £100 and you still charge for shipping I found it bit greedy

We had a problem with a DPD delivery.
The issue was sorted out quickly and efficiently.
Logic vending are very reliable and always helpful.

Great piece of kit but would have liked some barista training to go along side.

Horrible company. They promised the world when they are trying to get your business but then send out machines that don’t work. Their staff are rude and struggle with basic customer service. Warning - stay away.

For those challenging faults he approached with an investigative mind and always found a fix.

He would never leave a fault incomplete. You have a reliable and technically smart engineer in your team.
