Avoid Lohmann Groep B.V. like your life depends on it.

Around three years ago I asked this company for a quote to fix a leaking roof of a property I own. They actually came in force, it must have been like 5 of them that arrived. One in particular I remember, short, unshaven and particularly uncouth. He was very adamant about the fact that it will be expensive, very expensive. I would have been unsettled by how "expensive" it would be, if it were not for the fact that he smelled of literal hogwash. I would wager him having been heavily invested.

This cavalcade of clowns were at my property for no more than 15 minutes. It would have been cheaper had I hired an actual group of clowns, who would have actually earned the money in cheap laughs unlike this sad group.

At the end of their exceptionally short visit, they pointed out what "could be a possible cause". As any decent contractor would acknowledge, leaks are hard to figure out and pointing out a possible entry point hardly constitutes as work or even a solution. Not to mention, it happened to be the wrong guess which showed afterwards.

Imagine my surprise receiving a bill from this parade of clowns for coming by and looking at my roof, and even charging me for this privilege as well. It's stated on their bill "found leakage point" pretty much, cost: 80 Euro. None of the other contractors charged me for their guessing, nor were they as impolite, pushy and unprofessional as this parade.

Any next time I need easy money I'll just go to my neighbour and point out obviously factual nonsense, and send them the bill, like it would cost me something.

Their single good review (on google) is from somebody who has made it his purview to solely focus on plumbing reviews. You only need to briefly research his preferences, to find a total satisfaction with being scammed. Especially interesting is his exalted review of another company: H. Wander Loodgieters. This company is named and warned for already in several media outlets. The common denominator of all his reviews however, is his one being the single only positive one between all other 1-2 star reviews and complaints.

Look for yourself and I'll let it speak for itself and remind you that if not for his review, all these companies, including this one, would be squarely at one star, given that google reviews can't go negative, which is where I would personally place them. Even having a negative star would be too generous, they should be represented by an icon of a collapsing black hole.

Needless to say, I was not satisfied with their service and refused to pay this bill out of principle.

Two and a half years after this occurrence, a guy shows up at my doorstep. By now, a completely different group of tenants is living at this property. These tenants, who have nothing to do with this case, were addressed in an unsettling and described as threatening manner.

In order to solve this, I did offer to pay for his car and parking expenses which is around 20 Euro. This would only be fair. However, this gentleman, is not interested in being reasonable at all. Currently he is threatening me with a lawyer (over 80 Euros lol). Either way, I will make it worth his while and hopefully save some of you readers for making the mistake of doing any business with him.
