I have been using this service often over the last 3 years. I have 2 children under 3 and usually ask for a larger vehicle with baby seats. The drivers are punctual and friendly and the vehicles are clean.
Prices are also competitive I will continue to use this service.
A man from hotline used "disgrace" to describe their customer.
I used this service twice and this is the worst decision I've made in my life.
It caused me £50-60 from Heathrow to Stradford but uber just costs £34 with first-time travel promotion, and excellent service.
1st experience: 1 hour late from the scheduled time. I scheduled the arrival time at 6 and when I contact the driver he said he has been waiting me for 15 mins and now he was off to grab the coffee. I waited him to finish his coffee for 45 mins and returned with an angry face. To be honest, I contacted him right at 6 and why did he blame me because he arrived earlier than the scheduled time?
2nd experience: No show. Again at 6 am, I kept calling the hotline for 30 mins and they said they can only come after 12nn. I was angry and went for uber. After I arrived my apartment, I made the formal complaint about refund. The man from hotline contacted me in a rude manner. I asked to talk to his manager and he said he is the manager! Therefore I made another complaint regarding the hotline service specifically to this unacceptable manner. The man called back and use "disgrace" to describe my complaint. I was shocked. He kept calling me a few times and I need to send another email with a strong request to stop the nuisance or I will consider further action.
