We had an extremely helpful 30 minute advice session with Richard Tacagni. Applying for an HMO license is to put it politely a bit of a minefield. You can choose to step on a mine which potentially can cost you money or even worse or you can work with Richard and his team. In only three days I went from anxiety and ignorance to submitting a professionally written and executed submission. I cannot recommend London Property Licensing highly enough. Professional, fast , calm and detail orientated.

Richard was exceedingly helpful in his intro chat giving us a wealth of information on the HMO process. We would highly recommend him if you are unsure where you stand.
