Contacted the company regarding my order. The person who replied did not say hi, and did not sign off. Just wrote a sentence, and wasn’t polite about it either. Very unprofessional, very rude. Even if the products are great when I receive them (apparently this will take ages, I wish I had read these reviews first before purchasing!), they’ve already lost me.

Absolutely crap shipping. I complained 12 days from order placement to be told it was on the way…. From HongKong. 4 days later, it’s still in HongKong according to the tracking numbers.

What happened to the cacao powder? This site used to be awesome with far more products. Had the best cacao powder for years. It’s been “out of stock” for over a year. I check periodically hoping it’s magically returned. Now I see the website has been “upgraded”. Maybe it’s just me but search bar anyone? Oh and maca in an amount other than 10lbs for I think at least $250. I’ll pass.

I like their products a lot. Their soda is really good, sugar free, organic, and herbal infused. Love it. Also enjoy their coffee which is fantastic.

I’ve noticed this company raises there price on all there products and then have a sale. What a scam!

Unacceptable delivery and shipping times and charges. They charge almost US$15 for Ground Including Insurance 2 packs of coffee each costing $20. As of today, 8 days after placing my order, they have not even dispatched it. Horrendous customer service. They are available from 7 to 10 and 3 to 6 pm to chat. Not even a President of a country or corporation has those ours. Horrendous. As soon as I can get the same or similar product I will disassociate with this company.

Well first there reviews are biased. I had an honest review about their chocolate bars which were terrible..oxidized and far from the epitome of a great stone ground chocolate bar, they NEVER posted my review. They only pick good reviews to post. The coffee they sell is also totally burnt and I didn't even bother trying to review that since it wont get posted
The shipping prices are crazy and shipping time is unacceptable. Several times my experience at events and online has been rude stuck up or better than vibe from the workers...lame!

The marketing write up on the LongevityWarehouse site was impressive. I bought the Merriman Labs Omega 3+ because of the trust that I have in David W. I opened a capsule of this product and an overwhelming smell reminiscent of saw dust overcame me. The substance is black, sticky and stained my kitchen counter. How can "real" food smell, taste and look so unappealing? I have tried other vegan Omega 3 brands and they are more of a consistency of oil. They smell, taste and feel like food.

The bottle costed me over $60.00 plus shipping. Upon researching on Marriman Labs, I couldn't find any website or description about the company except for a trademarks registration that describes the company as follow: "Pharmaceutical, veterinary and sanitary preparations;dietetic substances adapted for medical use, food for babies;plasters, materials for dressings;material for stopping teeth, dental wax;disinfectants;preparations for destroying vermin;fungicides, herbicides."
There is no history, reviews or any other write-ups about it. With shipping included, I paid over $70.00 for this product. I requested a refund from Longevity due to being dissatisfied with the product but they will not take it back because it is opened. I will not purchase from this outlet again.

I am not sure what takes this company SO long to ship an item, but it is SERIOUSLY slow! I am going straight to the manufacter next time. TERRIBLE

I was very disappointed because I must pay taxes and I wasn't prepared for that! If you buy stuff for almost 272 dollar and then the package is brought at my house (the package was very quick in the NL) and you heard that you must pay 71,00 dollar (!!) for taxes, while the people in America doesn't have pay a penny extra, it doesn't make you very happy!
It's so ridiculous and should be already be shown in the purchase-process (how much approximately comes by for the taxes).
This experience was once and never again!
I will never buy something by Longevity Warehouse anymore.

I love your product Immortal Machine. I could feel it awakening my body shortly after having a shake of it. My personal preference would be to have no sweetener at all rather than Stevia which is a flavour I just haven't adapted to. I choose unsweetened anything over Stevia!

My sons hair was thinning prematurely and he took Cocobiotics for 6 weeks and his hair came back . This is the only thing he did different . My husbands warts began to turn dark and fall off after taking Cocobiotics for a few weeks . The Total Nutrition Powder gives me so much energy.

Honestly, without the beautiful products that L.W. gives, I'd still be in a walker At 22. in pain. With absolutely no future or happiness.Being Healthy, Makes me Happy. Mentally and physically. You will NOT regret any purchase.

I have had excellent experiences working with Shekhina Cluba. I would love to see free or discounted shipping offers on smaller orders. Otherwise, the service and the products have been great, and Shekhina's guidance and passion enhance the experience.

I love the products on Longevity Warehouse, but if I'm looking for a specific item - it can be difficult to locate. The site should have a way that you can key in the name of the item that you're looking for - then those items can
pop up. Right now the site just has categories and I'm never sure which category my item is in. Thanks.

I have Longevity Warehouse since they started. They provide the best hard to find items that I totally trust, all in one place.

The Longevity Warehouse is one of my go-to spots for supplements and health care needs. Although the products are pricey, I trust they are top quality. Whenever there has been an issue (which is very seldom) they are always accommodating. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the cost. It would be nice if they gave free shipping on all orders for repeat customers, at least.

Love the Longevity warehouse. Wonderful high quality products & empowering educational tools. Just wish the shipping cost weren't so high, otherwise I'd be shopping from them every week.

The inventory is exceptionally high quality, and there are frequent sales which bring many items into budget's reach. I appreciate the amount of education about the products that there is on the site; shopping is sometimes a learning experience.
I've had a few issues with the shopping cart here and there, it seems a bit buggy. Shipping is a bit on the slow side, but only a little.
Despite those small things, I still highly recommend!
