Vorsicht!!Habe mehrere Cleats bestellt und direkt bezahlt.Es gab weder eine Kaufbestätigung, noch erfolgte trotz zweimaligen Nachfragen per email eine Lieferung.Auf die emails erhält man auch nur die automatisierte Antwort des Kundendienstes,dass man sich kümmern würde.Dies ist auch nie erfolgt.

Mijn ervaring met de SPD pedalen zijn heel slecht. Ze zijn zwaar en geven veel stress bij het in en uit klikken.
Zeker tijdens beklimmingen en je moet snel eruit kunnen, breek je zowat je enkel. Bij het weer inklikken zijn ze zo zwaar dat ze niet paraat staan om in te klikken. Het is een gevecht. Niet waar ik mijn energie wil verspillen bij het fietsen. Ze zijn super duur terwijl grote merken goedkoper hebben en ongelofelijk beter zijn. Echt een verschil.

Avevo riscontrato un danno al telaio e, grazie alla professionalità di Cicli Pozzi, la pratica di assistenza è stata avviata e seguita con una cura davvero esemplare. Il negozio si è dimostrato competente, disponibile e rapidissimo, aggiornandomi passo passo e occupandosi di tutta la procedura con grande attenzione.

Look, dal canto suo, ha confermato l’eccellente reputazione del marchio offrendo una soluzione chiara e corretta, provvedendo alla sostituzione del telaio in tempi molto soddisfacenti. Il nuovo telaio è perfetto: qualità costruttiva, finiture e prestazioni all’altezza del nome Look.

Un enorme grazie a Cicli Pozzi di Monguzzo per la professionalità e il supporto, e a Look per l’affidabilità e l’attenzione verso i propri clienti.

Je trouve incroyable qu'une marque sensée se démarquer par sa R&D et des produits techniques ne se remette pas en question (depuis le temps) sur l'usure prématurée de leurs cales et pédales (notamment par rapport à la concurrence qui tiennent bien 3 fois plus longtemps). De même pour les calles avec lesquelles c'est une vraie galère de marcher ne serait-ce que 5 mètres sans glisser... Oui il faut faire attention, oui c'est technique, oui mais PAS a ce prix là

I sent a mail two weeks ago because I needed some repair kit that is not found on the internet. I received an answer today which says « for all spare pieces please address to your local look agreed shop. »

My bike Look 785 huez rs was great until the seat tube and seatpost cracked in the clamp area only after around 2000 miles of use. Frame was still in warranty period, so I made a claim but it was not accepted as I was told that it was a result of overtightening of seat post clamp. I knew this was not the case as I have alway been using a torque wrench, which I have even rechecked with a different one to make sure it's not faulty.
No replacement or any discount on a new frame was offered to me. Having no other options I decided to give it a chance and I repaired the damage by a renowned carbon repair company. Bought a new seat post too. After just 2 weeks of use this time the repaired carbon area was only indented but a new seatpost cracked again in this area.
This makes me believe that it is a seat clamp or a design issue.
I sent another polite request to Look to reconsider my warranty claim... but received no reply or any engagement from them.

I would love to write another review that eventually Look replied to me.....

Look CYCLES, very bad EXPERIENCE, no WARRANTY accepted, bad ASSEMBLY, Crash frame, very bad SERVICE, THEY do NOT ATTEND claim.

The bikes are like hens teeth. Why this company are so determined to sell as few bikes as possible is a mystery to me.

Dealers listed on their website only stock pedals or just nothing from Look at all.

Astonishingly expensive spares- a despicable way to run a business. Think £50 for chain ring boots kind of despicable.

Nothing is available on the website at all. So french.

the bikes are great and it stops right there, purchased a bike in the cycle super store in Dublin Ireland, not only was the bike services by a non trained look mech but they don't store the parts and I was informed they can't get spare parts for my look bike I only got it and in one and a half years no spare parts I can buy custom ones in america but and got one in Italy and it was the last bottom bracket for the ZED crankset, I love the brand and the bikes ride like no other but if there is no support nobody answers emails or phone, I just can trust this brand or the bike shops that sell this brand, I have learned to stay away from french brands nowdays anyway but you would think with a high profile brand they would get it right but NO WAY, STAY CLEAR.
