I will never ever order anything from this website again and do not order it s a scam ! I ordered dresses and received completely different items of bad quality and ugly ! I will start the process and sue this thieves!

I received items that are completely different from what was shown on the website. The quality is very poor and misleading.

Hi, I have now received my order, but unfortunately the items are not what I ordered. They look very poor in quality, not even worth the price, and they are not my size at all.

After checking recent reviews, I noticed that most—if not all—customers are reporting similar issues and describing this as a scam.

I need a full refund immediately.

I placed an order on 28 February 2026 and, considering the current situation in the country, I tried to be patient and understanding about possible delays in logistics. However, what’s disappointing is the complete lack of communication from this company. I sent multiple follow-up emails regarding my order and never received a response.
About five days ago, I unexpectedly received a parcel—but from a different company. The issue is that I never made any purchase from them. Since the parcel originated from the same location, I can only assume it was meant to be my original order from LORAYAS.
Unfortunately, the dress I received is completely different from what I ordered. The design is nowhere close to the one advertised on their website.
At this point, my original order has still not properly arrived, my emails have been ignored, the tracking information is misleading, and I’ve received an incorrect item that I didn’t even order.
Overall, this experience feels very suspicious and misleading. Based on what happened, I would strongly caution others before ordering from this company.

Scammers , very bad quality, i recieved nothing like what i ordered, and the audacity to be expensive.. all the items screams cheap!!!! Order at your own risk

Guys i just ordered like more than a week ago and NOTHING arrived usually when i order it gets here fast plus u get to track it this website doesn’t even offer tracking i literally bought something for 80 dollars and no one is even answering me i get to check this review website turns out its a scam i thought so too because the prices were too good to be true and people keep saying they got earrings instead of clothes if u read this review plsss report the website and all their accounts

Don’t order anything from here. They are scammers. Once you paid online they will not even bothered to response. I order 3 dresses but no response except single email accepted ur order and awaiting for the shipment. That’s it

SCAM. Placed an order 9 days ago and have reached out to customer service 5 times, with no response. There was no confirmation and I have not heard back from them since. Stay away from this website.

I completed my order 10 days ago and until today I have not received anything. When I try to contact you by email, there is no response.

I have read the reviews about this store, and I am not excited to receive the order. Even if it arrives, I will not accept it.

Customers are being scammed and no one ever replies to them. This is a very bad website and I do not recommend it at all.

I ordered 2 dresses for a wedding and received 2 dresses that are total garbage. I can't wear them and no communication from them. They are thieves.
