Abysmal after-sales customer service
Ordered a black dressing gown but was emailed to say they didn't actually do it in black..only navy and green so could I choose one of these. I chose navy and emailed this in reply. They ignored that email and sent me a refund so I had to totally reorder. I am size 12 but ordered 16-18 as I like a roomy dressing gown. However when it arrived it was too small. I have tried emailing so that I can return it but most emails go to postmaster or don't get a reply at all. I am getting rather irate now. Customer service after sales is abysmal😡

I am sorry you haven't been happy with the service you received. It does sound like your emails have unfortunately bounced back and I cannot see any emails from you to our customer service team unfortunately.
I have spoken to the owner who reached out about the unfortunate colour issue with the dressing gowns and she has emailed you but maybe this has been missed.
