Despite searching for drycleaning near my postcode, and love2laundry coming up as first choice for my area after I I went through love2laundry's (great) website, checking it could do what I wanted and then placed an order, it said "sorry, not in your area!". Please get your search engine optimisation correct so you dont waste my time (PS Disappointed too that I cant use what looks like a great service)

Do not use this company. Seriously.
A fire broke out at one of their facilities last year. One of the people affected was me and my items were lost. I understand fires happen and this wasn't Love2Laundry's fault. What is their fault is everything that came after.
First I was told my order was delayed. Then I had to chase. And chase again. Over numerous days. Eventually I was told my items had been lost in the fire. No proactive communication and I had to drag every update out of them.
That was last year. I've since had to replace everything that was lost at my own expense.
They offered a goodwill gesture. Still waiting. When I chase, they claim it's been paid. I've asked for payment details so I can trace it with my bank. Still waiting on those too.
Their email responses are vague and often completely miss what I've actually asked. I keep getting generic information about the insurance process that I didn't request. I understand they're working to the insurer's timeline, but their communication has been so poor I have no idea what's actually happening with my claim.
To top it off: the payment for the original order, the one where my clothes burned, was refunded as account credit. Account credit. For a company I will never use again.
Even before all of this, their service was unreliable. Collections were frequently early, interrupting work calls I'd scheduled around the pickup window, and returns were consistently late.
This is a company that fails at the basics and then completely falls apart when something actually goes wrong. Avoid.

Highly rated for convenience and speed of service
I was recommended this service by a friend. After a house move I had a tonne of laundry to do and in the chaos opted for the Love2Laundry service just to help lessen the mental load. My towels, bedsheets and a thick fluffy mattress protector came back clean, neatly folded and delivered with care. I was able to set preferences around temperature and use of scent which was great for me.
Whilst I didn't get too much information about when in the window pick up would happen, I did get a tracking link for the driver for my return which was really helpful, and my laundry even came back a little earlier than originally expected. I would recommend for speed and convenience - especially for bulky items.

Unprofessional drivers and poor customer service
I’ve used Love2Laundry twice — the first time was fine, but the second experience was a complete letdown.
After my first order, the driver personally WhatsApped me claiming he got a fine when delivering to my flat and asked me to contact the company to explain. Completely unprofessional.
For my second order, the pickup was late despite selecting a time slot. I had to call to chase it up because I have a newborn, and like most parents know, timing is everything when trying to keep your baby settled. The drop-off three days later was also late, and to make things worse, the driver left my laundry downstairs by the lifts for anyone to take. When I called and asked him to bring it to my door (as advertised in their service), he refused, claiming he couldn’t leave his car — even though it was past 7pm and parking was free after 6pm on my road.
I called customer service, received a half-hearted apology and a £5 credit, which honestly felt insulting given the circumstances. I requested a call back from a manager — but never heard back.
I won’t be using this company again. A laundry service should make life easier, not add unnecessary stress — especially for parents or anyone relying on reliable and respectful delivery.

Great communication
I have just hired the ironing and dry cleaning service. I couldnt see where to add the discout code and called them. Harry Johnson was really helpful and explained the whole process. The service is pretty straightforward too. Seems to be a trustworthy company.

Edit post service completion: my brand new coat came back without the belt. On the other coat, the internal belt has been pulled to one side inside the coat lining, making it impossible to tie.
Unfortunately, I don’t recommend the service

Use it often, it's a good service
I’ve used Love2Laundry quite a few times now and overall the service has been really good. The main reason I keep coming back is the convenience – being able to schedule a pickup, have everything cleaned, and then delivered back to the door saves a huge amount of time. The collections and deliveries have always been pretty reliable for me and the turnaround is quick.
The quality of the laundry itself has been consistently good as well. Everything comes back in the condition it was sent - though obviously ironed, etc.
The only reason I’m giving four stars rather than five is the refreshed app experience. It still feels a bit painful to place what should be a straightforward order, and I’m not always totally clear what the final charge will be even though I tend to send the same items each time.
That said, the core service itself is excellent and very convenient.
