My first contact with "love Cuba" was in 2024 and Mr L C-B ( Sr travel consultant) dealt with my queries. As he was approachable and honest, I established contact with him again last week. I have contacted other travel agents but they did not have the full expertise and their prices were not competitive. Their main objectives were to sell holiday packages. As usual, Mr L C-B and the team always responded to my messages promptly and ready to give me all the options available. He is competent especially in Cuban holidays and did his utmost to meet our needs. He delivers a service for the benefit of the customers as well as the company. No hard sell. Always professional and will negotiate for a good competitive package. I have no hesitation to recommend this company to friends and relatives. I will comment again when we return from holiday and I think it will be a good test. Thank you J & S

After speaking to Tony, who was extremely helpful and a great source of information, we booked our trip Cuba. The process was really simple, the documents were emailed very quickly and now we’re just looking forward to our trip in a few weeks time.

Just booked a holiday to Havana with Love Cuba. Liam responded to my query within a couple of hours and was great at accommodating changes that I wanted to make. The booking process was quick and easy and Liam sent me some really helpful information to help me prepare for my trip.
