Their website is easy to navigate and the variety of dolls to choose from is huge. After placing an order on my selected options they were quick to reply, with news on my doll with pictures from the factory. Asking some questions, the person was quick to reply with answers. Not everything was according to the order. Also found that the fingernails fall off quite easily and disappear.
The Head attachment is very wobbly when screwed in, and if you use the Pop on attachment for the head, then it just falls off on it's own. The eyes also move in the sockets, and one has to constantly reposition them.
The joints are extremely stiff to move around, and it's hard to get the model straight again.

There was lots of communication especially acknowledging that payment was received. The item arrived in 28days. Well worth the expense.

In making my final decisions as to what I wanted what the possibilities are I spoke to Eduan on Whatsapp and even a phone call, he was extremely patient with all the questions, had most of the answers straight on hand and the ones he did not, he contacted the factory and got the answers really fast.

The online site says your order will arrive within 25 - 30 days, I want to say that had it not have been for custom's that selected my order for Audit, Aurora would have arrived within 14 days from date of order and payment, however during the custom's delay Eduan was very efficient at keeping me updated where possible, and I still got my order delivered in 27 days, to still manage the given timeline with a custom's is very impressive.

Exceptional service. I was hesistant to place an order at first as I could not find much information on the company. I spoke with Eduan who explained to process and gave me some assurance. After I placed my order I was kept updated on production time. Eduan sent me factory photos of my doll before shipping just as he said they would. To my surprise I received my doll in 14 days even though it is 25-35 days on the website. I was told she looks more real in person than on pictures and wow is that true.
