Same products elsewhere at better prices. For males - the lack of proper dimensions is making purchases hit-and-miss. No return policy means you end up guessing a product, be disappointed due to a lack of proper information, so money down the drain. Buy elsewhere cheaper so the loss is less.

Our product pages do mention the dimensions of an item in the "How it Measures Up" section of the specifications, we do apologise if you missed this.
We also have a returns policy, we're very sorry if you had trouble locating it. It's linked at the bottom of the website under the "Customer Service" header.
You can return any unopened, unused or unworn product with its packaging or tags intact to us within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. Lingerie can be tried on over your own garments but must be returned in fully in tact packaging with tags still attached.
Additionally, if you've opened a toy or bondage item, while we can't accept these back as a regular return, we completely appreciate that not every toy will be right for everyone and so we created the 100 Day Pleasure Guarantee. Under this gesture of good will policy, you are welcome to return one toy per order for a gift voucher.

Your AI assistant is no help at all. It just repeated information I supplied it then passed me on to a customer care agent. Which was in the UK. But everything on your sites say this is Australian. Very frustrating when just wanting an eta from the courier.
