I’m just leaving tom from loveslandscapes a review regarding his excellent work he had done on our home we had him block pave our drive way an concrete a shed base couldn’t recommend him enough very professional and work is to a very high standard.

Can not recommend this company enough! Very professional and great communication regarding the work required. Will definitely be using this company again if further work is needed in the future

Tom and he's team was very knowledgeable throughout our garden project, path, patio, fence and artificial grass, giving us very useful tips on how to set out our garden, always turnt up when they said they would be there with very good time keeping and worked through all types of weather to get our job done, was very clear on quotation and work that was carried out, couldn't recommend enough

This business is operated by sole trader Tom Love and based in Hartlip, Nr Sittingbourne. I came across him earlier this year following a google search for tree surgeons. Following checking out his website & getting one reference I engaged him to remove one tree and prune another. To be fair that went Ok & with hindsight that's where I should have stopped. While onsite he mentioned he also did fencing and general landscaping. I got him to give me a quote for replacing six fence panels, along with concrete posts and gravel boards, to be continued along at the same height as the existing six foot fence. What he did was to install the correct height of concrete posts but with panels that were six inches short. The best bit was instead of admitting his mistake he tried to suggest to me that they would look nice with a nice six inch trellis on the top, which he could supply at an extra cost of over £200. He clearly has a problem with using a measuring tape. What followed was an endless exchange of emails, claiming he installed what he quoted for - why would I want a fence six inches shorter than the rest of the fence already there. He originally stated he would replace the fencing with exactly what was there before. Clearly cannot admit when he gets a job so wrong. In one of his rants he described the issue as silly and wasn't going to continue to respond to this nonsence. Finally telling me to find someone else next time I'm looking for a tradesman. All in all totally lacking in customer service skills when he gets things wrong. Thank heaven I hadnt committed a larger patio job to him - lucky escape. I would warn other people to be wary if considering him for quotes. Make sure you check & verify everything.
