While there have been some hiccups. Overall customer service has been very good, callouts to check or replace rented coolers have also provided excellent service. Good value for money, really helps me stay hydrated as I am very funny about temperature and flavour of water..

They have a no fee delivery every month that works perfectly with our schedule. Their customer service is fast and efficient. The drivers are very nice and always asking if they can bring our full water bottles inside.
