I have been looking into various keto nutrition plans and wanted something that would take the hassle out of trying to plan effectively for Keto whilst affording me balanced meals in a calorie controlled way. I love the meals and they are delicious. Delivery has been prompt with regular communication on timings. I couldn't be more delighted.
Outstanding Service !

This was my second time ordering the 1500 calorie, 6 day vegetarian diet plan and I love the food - fresh, tasty, healthy and a great variety of meals and snacks (they do cake particularly well!) - and the convenience of not having to work out calories etc myself. I’ve knocked a star off because on the second time ordering the third delivery out of the 3 was super late (7.30pm Friday’s food arrived) and Friday’s breakfast was missing also, which knocked out the week’s diet plan as I had to purchase food for the Friday I hadn’t planned on. I realise Love Yourself were let down by their courier on this occasion (not sure how the missing meal happened) but the customer service team went out their way to make it up to me and I was entirely happy with their resolution offered (although I did feel I had to chase this up!). I’d order again but next time would start the week’s plan on a Tuesday (as opposed to a Monday) to take into account any hiccups with delivery.

Most the meals are wonderful and I never feel hungry during the day.

I have found them on the heavier side of salty, I would prefer less and then add if needed.

Also I’ve just had the potato and leek soup which I had to give up eating as it was too peppery. I love spicy but this was much.

Poor taste. Terrible presentation

I like this service apart from one big thing. You cannot choose the food. Which means I get left with multiple boxes that I just don’t like and they get thrown away. Eg if I ask for Keto I generally don’t want tofu. Or a snack to me is not Brussels Sprouts.

Apart from that it’s great.

Foood was good. It was brilliant to trial. It wasn't for me for the following reason but I can see would be great for many others.

With my experience, the box turned up Monday afternoon instead of Sunday as stated, which put the written schedule out of whack. It took up too much space in my fridge. The barcodes didn't work with my calorie counting app. The food didn't work with my macro targets and I have found prefer making my own food.

Great service and really nice food. Thank you guys for making my life so much easier.

Great food, something to look forward to and no cooking hassle. What more do I want in a busy week. Fresh, healthy and new taste combination that I could only find in a fine restaurant. Well done LYS and keep it up.

The Keto diet from Love Yourself is so helpful! I'm not a huge fan of the Veto food, but the Keto w/ meat is not disappointing. Deliveries are on time. The meat is very good quality so far, which was a worry for me. I've done Keto on my own in the past, but work has been so busy, I simply do not have the time to dedicate to meal planning and cooking. Love Yourself makes this highly effective diet possible for me! Thank you!

One star for the good food and one for the customer service that offers basic assistance despite the clear failures of upstream management.

Out of 4 deliveries, 2 ran late and one did not arrive at all (at least that one got fully refunded). If you live outside London, you have to live with the fact that every second day, your first meal might arrive in the afternoon. This means that having breakfast will render at least one of the meals obsolete (and no refund is offered).

Overall, this is an absolutely unacceptable customer experience.

Some of the food is good but other bits are not so good and although most are tasty some are not quite so and I feel that makes it slightly a bit to expensive for what it is 5 items out of the seven days I chucked away as didn’t like them I may return to it when my head is more in the game but still doesn’t help if I don’t like an item would be better if you could choose what you wanted for the days as long as in set calories etc other than the 5 I have had no particular problem as they where tasty thank you 😊

Do not waster your money!! This place is extremely overpriced. If you’re expect weekly delivery, this is not the case, their deliveries come in two day packages so constantly answer the door to these people if you dare. The portion sizes are shocking for the money you pay and the food doesn’t taste no where near as good as the price you pay there are 101 better service to order from. You pay £30 a day and do not get the salon salad it’s just basic side salad with a 1cm squared piece of raw salmon which won’t keep anyone satisfied. I asked for an immediate refund and if you order you’ll most likely want one too. The online chat is tedious and they refuse to spell your name correctly even though it’s made very clear. Awful service, awful food, do not recommend

Excellent all round! Good food, great choices, super customer service! I particularly like that they’ve reduced the number of deliveries as being home isn’t always possible after return to office. Really impressive food delivery service and inexpensive compared to others of a similar quality!
