The food is really first rate - one can tell it has been made by people who care as much how it tastes as how good it is for you. Only one dish I haven't been too keen on was a chia flavoured porridge one breakfast which I improved with a few extra raspberries(!).

The food is unbelievable. Delicious. Healthy. High quality. I’ve used a few of these services in the past and have never been blown away like this. You need to check them out.

I have tried several meal plan deliveries and Love Yourself by far is the best one and most delicious! I also appreciate their responsiveness a couple of times I had issues. Am going to stick to it for a while

Love Yourself are brilliant. The food is good, some recipes are not to my taste but overall the food is very tasty. The delivery is prompt, you get updates on where your order is and the delivery drivers are always professional. Customer service is fantastic, no question is too tedious, they answer in a quick fashion and are always so willing to help (shoutout to Maria here for being fabulous). I've ordered many times and wouldn't do that if I wasn't impressed with their food and service.

I have been using them and trying the different menus and love them. If you do want something healthy fresh and testy you need to go for it.

We are enjoying the meals, obviously some meals more than others! Cheese is still appearing in some of the breakfasts, which we are not eating - and having porridge (made with water) instead. We liked the Beef Stew with carrot mash very much, was that ox-tail?? We both loved it, and love the beans/peas/chopped onion veg from last week.

Great tasty food, it’s helpful for me to order food and eat healthy thanks to them as I’m unable to cook due disability. I’m losing weight and feeling better, more energy and less pain.
Food is fresh, well packed. Highly recommended

I did the mini diet, low carb and balanced. It was fantastic! So delicious. I then tried the full Keto menu for a week and it was not as great for me due to the nature of the diet (no sugar) but it was still good. I will be doing the mini diet again in a week. :)

Just coming to the end of my first week on the keto diet. Food has been really tasty and very filling. Thoroughly enjoying the food and very happy that I can now spend less time in the kitchen.

I absolutely love this service. Being super busy with work and a young family, it allows me to not think about planning food and stops me from overeating accidentally. It has really helped create some time in my day and the food variety and quality makes it exciting!
