If I could give a minus 1 I would. I purchased the magnetic case for a zfold 5 phone. The magnets worked maybe 1 day. I emailed the company and they said they were sorry, I got what I ordered. They offered me$6.00 as a courtesy. I told them that I would not accept that and I wanted either a refund or replacement. B they said again I got what I ordered. They have the worst customer service i have ever dealt with. Now the frame is cracked and the phone never was dropped.

The mobile case is a simple case providing no any extra protection, as they promised in advertisement. Don't buy it. Waste of money

I wish I could give zero stars. The case did not have any of the features advertised. This is false advertising. The company will not refund unless I return at MY cost which is as much as the case.

I ordered a fold 6 case for $30 that was advertised as being metal metal with a glass screen protector. I received some cheap plastic case that sells for a few dollars on Aliexpress, no screen protector. NOTHING LIKE IS ADVERTISED ON THEIR WEBSITE OR MY ORDER. When I contacted them for a rma and refund, they argued that they shipped what i ordered. So that's the scam they play. Bait and switch. My advice.. STAY FAR AWAY!!

First off I ordered the Samsung s25 ultra and that's not what I got.
It's to small for my phone, and it doesn't have the hole on the left hand side at the bottom for my stylist.
Id like try to get a refund on if I can

The pouch that I ordered for my samsung S25 ultra is totally different from the one advertised. I was duped. These guys are not honest. Would not recommend anyone to buy from them. The pouch did not have the features as advertised ,like answering the phone while the pouch is closed.this is a mere plastic pouch,it doesn't match the price.

I bought one, Upon receiving the item, turns out, it was not as being advertised in FB. The item cannot be used.

I did return it, hope, I got my money back

DO NOT USE!!!!! Ok so 1st there products r just plastic. Ive had the same case before and it was metal rim with glass cover. This 1 is plastic rim and plastic cover. Now i ordered an iphone pro case but on there end they said it says pro max. I wrote abot 10 emails finally it got thu and i finally got my product a month later. There is no customer support only by email. Thats a red flag cause they have so many complaints there phones or mobiles wouldnt stop ringing. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A MASSIVE FAVOUR AND STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS MOB.

Scammers company as usual, they can't be honest, professional liars... don't buy those products, it's all fake in video, received plastic product.
+ my anti-virus says the site contains unwanted scripts and malicious files !!

Useless product, totally exaggerated advertising, appalling customer service. The cover for the S23-Ultra that I received is nothing like the one they advertise and you see in the video. It is flimsy and the part that covers the cameras is totally scratched. When I complained and asked for it to be refunded they didn't want me to send it back and offered me a ridiculous $5 refund for it while I had to pay $37US for it. Very bad product and miserable customer service

Ordered a tempered glass screen for a Sampson phone. Product came from China and was not as advertised. Would NOT buy from this company again.

I ordered a I phone 15 case and it was too small and from reading these it looks like they make it impossible to get a refund DO NOT buy from these guys they are so dodgy

This company is a Rip off, fake used products. They refuse to refund or give a address for returning products.

Just received the Galaxy S23 Ultra magnetic "So called" Indistructable case. The add even shows a knife going over the tough screen.
As soon as I took it out of the packaging, I noticed a number of scratches on this unscramble face. And gues where they were? Right over the camera lenses! Packed well, so must have been scratched before packaging in the factory.
Trying to get an email or phone number is so far impossible! Go to their website and all you can do is get into the "Tracking" section, nothing else. Only 14-days for returns. Don't like my luck. Good waist of $50 AUD.

Bought 2 screen protectors. Never received them. It's the Chinese taking advantage of us once again.

It took a long time to get here and it cracked 5 minutes after I got it. I sent them pics..so they agreed to send me a new one..but I wish I would have read this before I got into it.

BUYERS BEWARE! I thought I was buying a high quality metal phone case for $50, but they sent me a flimsy plastic crappy case, which I wouldn't pay $5 for. The pictures on their website show an aluminium alloy frame, and another picture with a drill unable to penetrate the case. They are refusing to give me a refund. I have read many other reviews saying that the products people have bought were nowhere near as good as what was advertised. They are very misleading and should be shut down!
