Bad communication
after waiting for delivery(11 days) I got in touch to be told there was a problem with the supplier. I asked why they had not informed me and they said they were not aware at the time. I then told them to cancel the order and return my money. 10 minutes later they sent an email to say it would be delivered tomorrow. I phoned again and told them to cancel and return my money

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, i'm sorry to hear your experience hasn't been positive.
I've looked into your order and firstly, i'd like to apologise for the lack of communication on our part. The order was due to be delivered direct by our supplier, who usually have good stock levels of all their products. Due to this usual high stock level and not hearing of any issues from the supplier we assumed that the goods would be delivered to you within the timescale specified. This being said, we should have checked on the order sooner and notified you of the delay.
We contacted you again to advise that the order could still be fulfilled in needed but I agree that the incorrect wording was used. I can see the refund has been passed to our accounts team to be processed.
We aim to exceed our customers expectations and understand we have fallen short on this. We appreciate your feelings of disappointment and will use this as a learning curve to be more proactive on updating customers.
We can only hope you do choose to shop with us again in the future.

Superb service which is rare these days
I purchased two vertical radiators for my house renovation from Low Cost and from start to finish this has been a superb company to deal with, The delivery was on time as expected and at a the prices were great too. The brackets were missing from one radiator(manufacturer fault, not low cost) and from the day I made a call the back up has been absolutely fantasic with daily updates on replacements. I would recommend this company to anyone for supplies

Ordered shower room suite and paid only…
Ordered shower room suite and paid only to be told no electric shower pick another sent the wrong one twice. Had refund..Then told no shower tray pick another one sent was to big had to alter plans to fit shower tray. Ordered pipe work not in stock had another refund. Ended up buying materials from another company putting the job a week over customer not happy.

I'm sorry to hear there were a few issues regarding lack of stock with products on your order. We aim to hold as much stock as possible to fulfill orders but due to a high demand we had fallen below our usual levels. I'd also like to apologise for the wrong product being delivered on more than one occasion. This was down to human error and we will ensure the relevant training is provided for all staff so this does not happen again in the future.
