Total Misrepresentation of products. BUYER BEWARE
ok...I am a marketing and PR rep for a 50 Million Dollar a year company and I have never had to write a review like this before, I had to warn potential clients of this "Basket company"
I should use the appropriate word which would be "Unscrupulous" business practices. I ordered 2 ""Employee Appreciation Baskets" for a client I selected a "Basket which looked a little masculine"because these clients are Male. First I never received the shipping email which I followed up with a message on their website and the next day when I didn't hear back and was concerned about the time sensitivity I called and had to leave a VM. I received a call back from an employee who seemed sincere and offered me an apology for there not being sent the shipping notification. She promptly sent it to my email. I checked and everything seemed to be on schedule. Today I received a box via UPS and I opened it only to discover 3 boxes wrapped in bubble wrap...green and taped. I was confused because I only ordered 2. I thought maybe because of the error made by their CS they threw in an extra basket which would have been a nice gesture and professional. Upon inspection, these were NOT baskets at all. They were flowery boxes all different...with white net ribbons and butterfly cards. Not masculine but worse stained boxes and damaged packages and the Olive Oil ran all over one of the boxes and it was stained. I was pretty confused as you can imagine. I called the same number which called me yesterday and she called back. I was pretty upset! I told her that What was sent was NOT what I purchased and I told her I was in a bind now because we will not have anything for our clients tomorrow. She asked me to send photos and I told her I have already taken photos and I will be sharing them on my review. I gave this company a shot because I saw they were woman owned and loved that they where trying to make a business. I made a tragic mistake! They are rude, she actually laughed at me... she thought it funny that they sent something that was a Goodwill version of what I paid for. I am horrified. Needless to say I will not be ordering from this company ever again. These baskets look nice on their website....but I got NOTHING like it delivered. If I could share photos I would...I will stick with Harry & David.
