Breakable
The jewellery is really pretty. The customer service is beyond amazing but their jewellery breaks. I've got 5 pieces from them and 4 have either broken or had gems fall out. They replace them ASAP (good customer service) but they break over and over so they're really losing money

We’ll replace any broken or faulty pieces immediately. We’re also working closely with our designers to ensure any reported issues are fixed and don’t happen again.

Extended Delivery - Beauty worth waiting for?
I recently bought a ring from Lucid and Luna, and it's absolutely gorgeous. That said, the whole shipping process left a bit to be desired. It seemed to take a bit longer than what I've experienced with other stores, and oddly enough, my item only went out for shipping after I reached out to ask if it had been shipped yet.
I didn't get a direct reply to my question - just an automated email update telling me my ring was finally on its way. So, while the ring itself is stunning, there's definitely some room for Lucid and Luna to step up their game in the customer service department.
