I was very lucky to get these ladies to bring a stall to an Xmas event I was organising and bought a bag from them which I absolutely love and liked it so much I bought another from a work colleague as part of her leaving present as she was admiring mine.
Such great quality, I have a lovely denim blue and can’t be happier with my purchase.

Website easy to use and bag arrived promptly. The bag is also beautifully made and am very happy with it. It is a gift for a friend.

I saw one of their bags in my local shop and asked if they did the Ellie in dark brown. They phoned Lucie and Olivia, and hey presto they did! I paid for it and they said they would send it to my home address. The following day I decided I would have preferred it in navy instead of dark brown. I emailed them to ask if they did it in navy. They said they would have it made for me so it would take a bit longer. I have to say, I was a bit of a pain because 2 days later I decided I did prefer the dark brown after all. They were so patient with me and sent it to me straight away (before I could change my mind again!). I’m so glad they did. I absolutely love the bag. Fabulous quality. Perfect neat size. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.
I bought 3 'closing down sale items' and evry item was cheaply made, material was not as advertised, sizing & colour was not the same and the sizing is completely off. I requested a refund and they refused - I am in the process of reporting them to consumer affairs. I may as well have thrown $200 in the bin...don't buy anything from them.
