I’ve been at $9.90 for over 5 years now. My boyfriend has been at $9:75 for over 7 years. Winter of last year was the last time I won a gift card. I actually won a different card, but it didn’t give it to me. They gave me my coins back and made me go get another card! Meaning, I had to sit there and wait for it to be re-loaded with gift cards .I’m not even getting the gift card I wanted but getting a gift card I still haven’t used. I was never able to get another decent gift card ever again.I have enough Money to get to get gift cards but there’s never any gift cards! they have stopped. I have waited every 90 minutes and never seen gift cards on that app. before ,I used to see them, now they don’t stock them at all. I think the winners they show on the app are lies !I think they are actual bots! There’s no way they’re giving out gift cards anymore. they definitely are not giving out money. I won $10 when I first played the game like 8 to 10 years ago but since then I have never won money again and now since over a year ago I haven’t won any gift cards either. I think this game is done for it’s time to delete this app. get rid of it please !report these people!SCAM!! Report them, get their game shut down!

I would give this 0 stars if I could. Unless you enjoy watching ads for absolutely no reason do not download this app. It literally just takes up space on your phone. You will never win enough money to cash out (though they will make you think you can). There are no gift cards to redeem. The only gift card I've seen available in the last year/ year and a half is the $200 amazon gift card that you need 200,000,000 points for. I have 18 million and I've been playing for 2 years now

They are one of the worst companies on the App store. Complete SCAM!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They NEVER have GIFT CARDS. I mean NEVER I have tried for sooooooo LONG to see if they would offer some and they NEVER DO. They just want you there to line their pockets from you watching Ads. EVERYONE NEEDS TO DELETE THIS APP ASAP. So they get Zero money!!!!!!!

Lucky Day is a scam! Don't waste your time.

I used Lucky Day for years. Once I figured out when they restocked cards and kept in mind it was every 90 minutes, with a little vigilance I could manage to get a gift card if I kept at it. People seem to believe the cards of different denominations are in stock up until you get enough points to cash them out. That wasn't exactly the case, I think it's more that they just wouldn't show you how many gift cards were in stock unless you had the tokens to redeem that card then and there. It was dumb, but far from a dealbreaker. You weren't making a ton of extra money, the PayPal Bank didn't build up quickly I think I only ever cashed that out twice in 4 or 5 years, but until speing 2021 I would have given Lucky Day 4/5 stars.

In 2018 or 2019 I think is when they added the trophy system. Many scratch cards started giving you trophies instead of tokens or the increasingly elusive paypal cash. At the end of the day depending on the number of trophies you had, you get some random amount of tokens. It never made much sense. They had a bunch of people at the top of the trophy leaderboards who had accumulated ungodly amounts that weren't humanly possible and those people were allegedly winning money for being at the top of the leaderboard. I ignored this riggery. It was ridiculous but nowhere near as stupid as the stunts that followed.

It was 2019 or 2020 they introduced the piggy bank gimmick. Anytime you start to get the hang of the piggy bank, they would change the rules or add something. I've heard some people managed to spend money upgrading their piggy bank, then Lucky Day changed the system again and all of the upgrades were meaningless. The piggy bank and heist games are absolute time-wasters, they exist only as a way to end up showing you more ads. I often won new meaningless designs for my piggy bank that I had already unlocked so all of the progress I made toward an attempt at winning a cash jackpot was rewarded with absolutely no consolation seeing as I already unlocked what they "randomly" decided to give me. I never expected to win the cash jackpot, but you would think they would make it so you weren't constantly getting useless prizes you had already unlocked. Once again, this was ridiculous but the ultimate worst is yet to come.

I was cashing out on lucky day as recently as February of 2021. I could still figure out the system back then. It was frustrating and took a few attempts, but I was still able to turn my tokens into Amazon cards. Around spring time, the cards stop being restocked on a regular basis. They will tell you all day that they restock them every 90 minutes. This cannot be true. They also stopped stocking lower denomination Amazon cards. They used to have $3 and $5 and $10 cards. Now when you look on the recent winners page, you'll see once or twice a day someone miraculously managed to get a $10 or $15 Amazon card, but nothing else. They claim to offer gift cards for Walmart and Google Play among other places. The only thing being allegedly cashed out is 1 or 2 Amazon cards a day. You can't figure out when they were cashed out because if you look at recent winners it could say 6 hours ago. Come back a few hours later and look and it might say that same person only cashed out that same card 6 hours ago. These accounts are incredibly lucky, or they are Bots. Whatever the case, the 90-minute restocking claim is absolutely false. If they restocked anything every 90 minutes, "people" would be cashing out more frequently than maybe 1 or 2 people per day. It was also around this time all the physical prizes vanished fron the reward center. All gone, all at once. All of this is unacceptable, but the next stunt is the worst.

Around late spring 2021, Lucky Day introduced an update in which they prompt the user to pay real money to them to get rid of ads for up to 12 weeks. An app that refuses allow users to cash out is now shaking us down for money. This pop-up ad would appear every time I went in the app. They are pretty much panhandling for money from their users. This is a scratch & win app, it is a chance to win money. I'd be willing to bet at least 99% of those of us who have used this app do not view it as a game. It may be classified as a game for legal reasons, but it's not something you pick up and play whenever you want have fun. It's something we attempt in the hopes of eventually getting a little bit of extra spending money. This was the last straw for me. I uninstalled the app and left a very angry review. I don't know what happened to this app, they slowly tried melding it into something completely different with all of the trophies and the piggy aspects. It is not something I would recommend anymore. You can build up tokens fast, but you'll never be able to use them. I have over 24,000000 tokens I can't cash out. I've had $9.85 in the paypal bank for over a year. Lucky Day became a sham.

I would give it 0 stars its been about 8 to 9 months and I haven't been able to get any gift cards, they say they reset every 90 minutes but it's a lie, something has to be done about this

I really will give this app 0 stars they never reload gift cards they lie and say they do every 90 minutes how are they able to get away with this without being shut down

Been playing about 2 and half yrs at first I was recieving gift card a few 5 dollars ones and my last was over a yr ago been at 9.75 to cash out a long time now once I reach gift cards with the amount I want the cards are always sold out

Ridiculous.... been at 9.85 for about a year now. As soon as I has enough tokens to get a reward poofffff they all sold out.. I emailed to ask when they are refreshed to be told every hour n a half from 12 o clock... never seen it refresh yet

This app just make you see a hundred of ads in a couple of days, is not fun and where is the money?. Don't download this app, i give one star because i can't give none.

Total scam. I have been stuck at $9.90 for a year (with a $10 cash out)...how convenient. I see I am not the only one. They stopped reloading gift cards all together and vanished from Facebook completely. I used to get gift cards but now something is definitely sketchy. I contacted them, no response. I think I'm just going to give up and call the last year and a half of my time a loss. I truly hope they at least have the decency to make a Facebook post and let us know why we are no longer able to get any prizes.

For new users, don't waste your precious time! I believe this is now a scam. When I get close enough to redeem a prize, it's then sold out. What happened to the fun game I enjoyed so much? This game has been going downhill for several months now. I've been at $9.75 for almost a year. It's time to find another game to play and actually have a chance at redeeming gift cards or prizes.

Ten dollars is what's needed to cash out. I just cashed out $10.10 into my PayPal account. Very fun and legitimate game.

For the people who have enough tokens to collect gift cards but always see them Sold Out... And the company says they replace them often.. they do you just can't see or collect them. On the day you check out and see them unavailable have someone else who does not have enough tokens yet to check on availability. They are all available on their screen. It's when you get enough that they vanish( from your screen only). Same principle as the same boards/ outcome are different on all other screens. You and your friend both scratch at same time and you get 'no match' and they win $1. ( Providing it won't get them over $10). It has to be this way or everybody would 'win' at the same time. And by the way after 2 years slowly crawling towards $10 and staying at $9.90 for a long time, I had a 25 cent hit on board 2 so it went to $10.15 and then on board 4 it was a match for 50 cents and it went to $10.65. so finally it did cross the $10 threshold.
