I have recently tried to withdraw some money on my account and it has either been declined or cancelled. The reasons the 1st few times were because of my documents which I understand, now after speaking to 2 of your agents on chat. They bother confirmed to my documents are ok and I’m verified. Now the issue is when I try and withdraw it says it’s been cancelled, you need to contact support. Now the issue which both of your agents (Sid & Noah) have stated is it’s the payment provider which is the problem. Now this is not my issue. It’s your problem and you need to resolve it. It takes you 30 seconds to take money off my card for gaming, but when I try and withdraw my funds it keeps cancelling and I’m now on 48 hour with no resolution. This is not how you treat customers. YOU need to contact the provider and resolve it. It almost seem like robbery and you don’t want to release the funds. The 2 agents stated I could try using crypto currency to withdraw but I don’t use this currency and rightly so, you take it off my card. I want it back on there. Now i apologise to whoever is reading this, it’s nothing personal, but you can understand my frustration. I really could use this money and I’ve deposited more than my fair share and I’m entitled to some rewards

No one should play in this casino. It is currently blacklisted by the casino guru. I requested a refund but unfortunately they did not refund me and I requested and requested GDPR. Scammers have been hiding my information for 4 months.

I am now being told I can only withdraw via crypto - which I don’t have - so I won’t get my winnings

After having problems with my 1st withdrawal and then it was finally processed I was lucky enough to win again

5th time my withdrawal has been cancelled with no reason - I would appreciate if someone could look into this asap
