This is my 4th session. And I can already see 90% of results. Am excited to go out to see my mates finally. Sarah is the best person. Pure 100% results no cheating she never delay sessions with low strength. I been to many places before and instead of results I had side effect and never seen any improvement but luckily I found luminate laser clinic ltd suggested by chatGPT and i booked my first session in dec 2025 and this is the best decision I made. I started loving my skin after all the pigmentation and acne caused due to side effects from different laser treatment place in UK. But Sarah is the best I love the way she welcome and the hospitality. I am gonna be her loyal customer. Thank you Sarah all my office colleagues and my siblings noticing the results. The Clinic is Beautiful and immaculate . Sarah was really friendly and Professional. I had two sessions of Cryotherapy to remove three age spots on my leg which really bothered me . The treatment was quick , pain free and really effective. I am pleased with the results which are improving every day .I would highly recommend Sarah .

I would highly recommend having treatment at Luminate Laser Clinic. Sarah is so lovely and friendly yet totally professional and knowledgeable. She removed a large skin tag which was causing me a great deal of trouble using Cryopen treatment. I would give her 10/10 and definitely recommend her to anyone.

I’m currently undergoing a course of laser hair removal (bikini & underarm) with Sarah at Luminate, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. From my first consultation she’s made me feel comfortable and at ease with her professional yet super friendly, honest and down to earth manner. She explained exactly what to expect and made sure I had realistic expectations of the laser hair removal process. So far I’m extremely happy with the results of the laser hair removal, and have recently booked to have my legs lasered too. Sarah’s communication is fab and she’s always there on the other end of the phone to answer any queries/questions I have.

Had 3/6 laser treatments on underarm, bikini and legs and the result is just amazing !!! Currently away on holiday and usually within a few days I have stubble and need to shave and then end up with a shaving rash, not this time! Just amazing! Wish I had it done years ago!! 😍

I'd previously had "laser hair removal" at another clinic that did absolutely nothing so I was sceptical about booking anywhere else again. My hair growth was making me really self conscious so I knew I had to do something so I had a browse and came across Sarah at Luminate. The initial consultation decided what strength we'd use and how many sessions I needed and oh my goodness did I notice the difference after the first session! I couldn't believe it! From just the one session my hair growth lessened overnight and I didn't have to get rid of it anywhere near as much as before. I've now had 4 sessions with Sarah and she's always so friendly, chatty and makes sure I feel comfortable throughout the whole session. Even to the point where she will apologise if I flinch haha! If you're considering laser hair removal, look no further and book soon because her diary fills fast...testament in itself!

Recently had cryotherapy with Sarah and oh my word the results are insane!!!!
I had quite a large skin tag in an intimate area and I just wanted it gone!!!
Sarah talked me through the whole process and gave me lots of knowledge about the therapy and the aftercare.
The results have been amazing wouldn’t even know where the tag had been, wish I’d have plucked up the courage to do it sooner!!!!!

Sarah is fab, puts you at ease straight away and discusses everything in detail, I can’t recommend Sarah and Luminate enough!

Beautiful clinic. Well kept, clean and tidy. Sarah is professional and gives the advice you want and need to hear. Recommends products and treatments. Still having on-going treatment and excited to see the results. Minimal pain, if any, from the laser and Sarah checks it’s all ok and comfortable. Recommend her services to anyone considering laser.
