Hi Peter, we are sorry your dimmer plate took so long to arrive, I'm glad to see you received your partial refund ok and we have passed our disappointment on to our supplier also.
The product was great but the delivery…
The product was great but the delivery partner you used was hopeless and failed to deliver. Their tracking was useless and after a week of trying you had to resend the item which must have been a cost to you.
Using poor delivery services must be a drain and cost to you so please try and find a decent service that delivers, has good tracking and sort's issues out prompty.

Respuesta de Luminosity Designs Ltd
Sadly although our delivery partners are great most of the time we occasionally are at the mercy of agency workers especially as the regular staff go on holiday in the run up to xmas. It seems we got a few bad reviews all at the same time because of the shipping =(
Going forward we are using royal mail for all small items.
Great service from start to finish.

Friendly, consistent, exceptionally helpful
We have used Luminosity several times over the years for lights and ceiling fixtures, and they have been extremely helpful every time. I most recently ordered a ceiling fan from them and communication was great throughout the entire process, including booking in the installation. Very friendly people with a lovely shop. Wouldn't go anywhere else now!

Respuesta de Luminosity Designs Ltd
We’re sorry that your item arrived damaged. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts to package items securely, damage can sometimes occur during transit with couriers.
When you called the shop to let us know about the damage, we asked you to send us a photograph of the item so that we could raise a claim with the courier and arrange a full refund. As this was the last one a replacement wasn’t possible, although had one been available we would of course have replaced it free of charge.
Unfortunately, we haven’t received any further correspondence from you, including the requested photograph, so we haven’t been given the opportunity to resolve the issue.
We’re always happy to put it right when things go wrong. We’re disappointed that you chose to leave a damaging 1-star review rather than allowing us the opportunity to resolve this satisfactorily.

Well worth the trip
We had been searching for a good lighting store for some time and found Luminosity Designs on the web. The store was some distance away but the trip was well worth it, They have an excellent stock to view and their knowledge is extremely extensive. They took the time to understand what type of lighting we were looking for and then showed us lots of possibilities until we made our selections. Thoroughly recommended.
