Beware of ugly kink ("line") in reeded film
Having purchased samples, we went ahead and purchased the reeded film for 2 different windows. After installing these, we found that both had a recurring kink in the pattern that was not shown in either samples. The customer service team then told us that in the fine print description they say that there is a "fine line" that occurs on every piece of film. The line is very visible and looks like an error. I would not recommend buying the reeded film as it cheapens the window and does not look like real reeded glass.

Hi Janice, at the time when we sold this product, we clearly labeled in the description that the product had this flaw. It would be impossible for us to have also sent samples out all with the wavy line on it as it only appears on the film every metre. Our current Reeded Film does not have the 'wavy line' at all and is flawless. We believe you have given us the 1 star review due to you sadly not reading the product description. We're sorry you didn't read it and you felt the need to leave a 1 star review, which effects small/medium businesses more than you think.

Good company. Product is high quality and when mine arrived having been damaged in transit they sent me another one free of charge the same day

George from Lustalux was most helpful from the start to completion of our conservatory windows, we have been unable to use our conservatory in very hot weather as the sun comes through the top glass, this has now a film attached giving us a lot better environment within the conservatory.
George and the team were very good and I will have no problems in recommending them

Absolutely recommend this company
Absolutely recommend this company, should you need any sort of professional window dressing job.
My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with the work that George did yesterday, and please tell him that we had a wonderful, peaceful day, without prying eyes from next door. My sanity is being restored, thank you.
Can I also ask that you pass on our thanks to Jack for his patience and perseverance in helping us with sorting prices, and getting the job sorted. Also, thanks to Elaine for her time and effort and allowing us to have the work done quickly.
