You can’t get better limo company! We book the black hummer limo for my girlfriend birthday to Milton Keynes and great limo and driver Shane was top man. We needed to be picked up ealry and Shane was on call to do so! Excellent company all the way round!

Booked Limo for a surprise for my son's 10th Birthday as we were travelling to Milton Keynes and would have preferred to take him and his friends together rather than in 2 cars. We found the hire charge very reasonable and Sam was helpful and called a week before our hire to check all the details. Adrian our driver for the day was polite and courteous and very patient. Our son's face was a picture when he realised and we would definitely hire again in the future. Thank you

From first enquiring about hiring limo for prom, right through way through to the day itself really helpful and professional. Emails responded to quickly and also calls to confirm booking a few days before the event. Driver was smart, friendly and professional, car was great, perfect way for my son and his friends to arrive at their prom. Highly recommended.

We booked a pink limo for my grand daughters christening through Lux limos and the whole experience from start to finish was amazing
As my granddaughter lives down a narrow street I was very apprehensive on how this was going to work..The Limo company took the time to phone my daughter even though the Limo was not booked through her and between them they worked out the best place to pick them up which I felt was exceptional customer service
The limo was exactly what we ordered and the driver was amazing and even waited at the church for friends and family to arrive to get a few photographs of my granddaughter ...I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a fantastic limo with extremely good customer service

I made a booking for a very special event 2 months in advance. I received email confirmation. I called 3 days before the event to confirm the booking details again. Late afternoon, the day before the event, I received a call telling me that they would not be coming as the vehicle was awaiting a part and was not expected in until the day after my event. No sorry! No alternative offered! Just bad luck! I was furious. I then had a very stressful 24 hours searching alternative companies who could respond with such short notice. I fould one but had to pay DOUBLE what I had been quoted by Lux Limos! Avoid them. Pay the extra and go with another company for a guaranteed service, to avoid disappointment.

I ordered a party bus back Aug 15 ready for my friends hen do in April 16. I definitely wanted a party bus so shopped around, found lux limos whi were friendly on the phone and sent an email confirming. They rang me two days before to check my booking. I had rang them after Xmas too and the week before our party. So you can imagine my disappointment when a hummer arrived not a party bus. My heart sank. The party bus was ment to be a highlight and instead we got a hummer. No courtesy call no real apology. Free bottle of fizz which we didn't even drink. Absolutely disappointed.
