Despite being vastly different time zones, response time was incredibly fast. Shipping was really quick as well once shipped and I had no issues with customs. Great experience with Luxbags! Jiaxin was quick to respond every step of the way. If I could give 4.5 stars I would. I had a slight issue with shipping but this was nothing Jiaxin had control over being it was in a different location and this was more of a UPS/shipper issue of not having actually picked up the package. It was settled quickly and I received my bag the following week. Given the price and quality/history of the bag, I would hope that it could have been packed a little more neatly and carefully in a larger box as opposed to being smooshed in there, but the bag is collapsable and only had a dust bag so didn’t need a huge box, but something a little roomier would have been appropriate. As I mentioned it was in a different location and this was nothing in Jiaxins control. Have referred several people to the site already and will purchase again

The Tyvek organizer for my Goyard Anjou GM fits perfectly, is well made, and has ample pockets. It gives the bag some shape as well. I feel safe from spills or leaks in the bag. I am also happy to find that it will work in my LV Neverfull GM as well.

Jiaxin was very kind and patient with me while trying to source my bag. She sent me pictures, videos and was upfront about the condition and worked with me on a great price. Be prepared for packaging to be nothing special but Jiaxin does provide a certificate of authenticity with purchase. With the new tariffs in place I did pay import fees when delivering to the US but I will be a returning customer highly recommend for sourcing handbags second hand!

The bag is beautiful and match the pictures, but I was disappointed with the packaging, A such expensive bag could be better packed. It arrived very crinkly, without the original dusting bag, not the opening package experience I was expecting for a Gucci bag.
