Nice selection of NO boring goods…..
Second time I ordered something from this store. Very good and very special products to find. First time I had to change the color of what I ordered and received an answer plus the necessary changes in no time. They really pack the parcels carefully, all delivered on time like they said. Great store. “Like their slogan….Life is too short for ordinary stuff” Will defintely order again.

Very bad service
Very bad service. They sent me a wrong product and made it my problem. I got only my money back if I solve it by myself. Everything needs to be done by e-mail as they don't want to give you a calloptie.

Excellent send them a few emails with questions but answer immediately and ensure it got delivered on.time
Excellent quality and after sales service. I ordered an external stove and it got delivered on time with no issues. Any questions I had were quickly answered by them (especially by Annick).

Excellent customer service
There was an issue with the quality of the item provided. I emailed the company and they instantly sent a replacement and some complementary chocolates. The issue was solved within a day. Excellent customer service was my experience.

Prima service! Lekkere gin!
We bestelden een lekkere fles gin met een 'woordzoekeretiket' voor de peter van onze dochter.
We kregen de bestelling snel en goed verpakt aan. Top!
Bovendien bleek de gin erg lekker en was er nog ruimte voorzien in de doos om kruiden of kleine tonicblikjes toe te voegen.

Really bad first experience, broken.
Really bad first experience with this company. (Order number 70007534)
Bought a Gin set as a Christmas present £67, when opened on Christmas day one of the items was smashed. Emailed company, slow response, they said because of Brexit they dont ship to UK anymore so cant replace the glass and refunded £4.66. I found the refund insulting, and the customer service poor.
Unsure this company cares about its customers. Complained to my credit card company as they didn't deliver the goods purchased.
Would not recommend.
