Products are of high quality and well packaged for delivery

The screens were produced and delivered very efficiently. They match some existing screens that were already purchased through Luxury Screens. These were the thinner version (5mm) to be used for wall mounting and they were less rigid than expected.

I haven’t purchased a screen yet as I would like to see some pictures of the screens fitted in situ to see how they might look and am surprised not to see any pictures with reviews?

Good customer service but the screen is a little flimsy.

Initial ordering and expected delivery was prompt, however after waiting in nearly all day during my week off the screen arrived at around 3pm, they had sent the wrong screen! I immediately rang them but the lines were closed on a Wednesday afternoon. I now have to wait in on another day at my expense for them to collect and redeliver the new screen. So through no fault of my own I am expected to wait in all day again because they cannot give me a time slot. I asked if they could give me a partial refund for my inconvenience, they would only refund £10 off a £167 order, really not happy at all.

An excellent experience overall. I ordered a 'bespoke' free standing garden screen and even with it having to be manufactured it arrived swiftly (within 7days) with all components present & correct.👍

Excellent product,Having looked at what was available through other companies I decided that the appearance and design would suit my needs
From the start of the ordering process till it arrived was very prompt and it was very well packaged
Now looking for other projects to start to enable me to repeat order

One panel was delivered broken. The replacement panel arrived intact within a few days. Courteous, prompt and responsive service.

Fairly priced. More receptive to an urgent requirement as my time is limited for my projects in the garden. Much quicker, cheaper and very easy to deal with. Will use them again when I find more time for developing our garden. Regards G.
