Rude salesman
Rude salesman
Have visited twice with previous visit several months ago. First visit asked a question about road tax on a particular motorcycle. Salesman response was 'if your not going to buy it it's not worth even talking about' which I thought was quite rude. My second visit today I came by car and when entering the carpark found no parking spaces other than a disabled bay. Cones were across the entrance to cafe and motorcycle showroom. What looked like a white catering service vehicle was stopped in front of cones near to that disabled bay. I had no option but to turn around and find parking off site. When I returned by foot I noticed the cafe was busy and some other vans were there obviously there for breakfast at the cafe. When entering the showroom I was greeted by the same salesman as my previous visit and I asked if parking was now restricted in front of showroom to motorcycles only and not to cars which was previously allowed. His response was 'there's plenty of room in the carpark' and started to describe the bays in front of side gates which I knew were also full with vans. I explained they were full and he started to argue the point forcibly to a point where I had to say 'are you calling me a liar'. At this point any motivation to visit Mcpherson's had gone and I left and will not return. This salesman needs to learn how to be courteous to all customers and just by calling someone 'sir' does not hide his true poor communicational skills.
