For the second time we used Maddocks on Lovely Lane Warrington and I have to say that they are exceptional far more than 5 stars as they gave the personal touch and they go the extra mile for you. Nothing is too much trouble even if you pester them to make changes they tell you that that is what they are there for.

The funeral itself went 100% smoothly and the support was there throughout. Everything from the casket to the flowers to the funeral car was perfection and this hasn’t just happened once this has happened on both occasions when we used Maddocks on Lovely Lane.

The staff are gold dust and are true ambassadors for Maddocks in every way shape and form. So if you want perfection, the personal touch and some warmth and humanity then choose Maddocks Warrington. Even at the crem following the church service, the photos the music the service all went smoothly because of the nice lady who was in charge.

We went to Maddock Funerals in Stockton Heath to arrange my fathers funeral. From the start there were communication errors, they didn't put the death notice in the Guardian as requested and then took no accountability for this. Another member of staff was extremely rude and needs training in customer relations. They said they hadnt received the USB stick even though they earlier confirmed they had it. They caused so much stress at a time when the family needed their support. We lost confidence in their arrangements and had to ring around all of the services they ssid they hsd booked. They are also mot registered with the Independent Funeral directors association so when things go wrong there is nobody you can turn to. I would not recommend this company and wouldn't want any family to have this experience.
